Easy booking process, timely communciation. Love the apartment - our second time visiting - well equipped and very comfortable. Very remote, but this adds to the appeal. Beautiful views outside.

We have booked holiday cottages with Toad Hall a few times now, and have always been pleased with the houses we have stayed in. Toad Hall staff have always been really helpful, and reply promptly to any queries. They have a good knowledge of their properties.
Having looked at a lot of holiday cottages websites, the Toad Hall one is the clearest and most comprehensive.

This was our second visit to 2 Rose Cottages and it didn’t disappoint.
It’s such a beautiful, quiet spot and the garden is a great place to sit with a book and cup of tea.

Everything we needed was there and very clean. The beds were excellent too!

great location, comfortable accomadation ,not suitable if you have trouble with stairs.everythingthere for a good stay ,but didn't include towels

Have stopped in this apartment over a number of years. Its highlight is its views of Dartmouth and harbour.
Downside is acces as parking is provided for a small/ medium car. We arrived at 4pm on the handover day where there were several large cars eg Nissan Quashki, Jaguar xj AND 3 30cwt vans. It took me ages to park my Mini noting that 2 slots were unavailable due to the size of rhe vehicles oarked next to the space. It also meant that Icould not use my car for the duration of the stay for fear of not being able to return.
Maybe Toad Hall could arrange a special deal in the nearby public car park for the big vehicles to park.
If a car reg. was mandated in the hire docs Toad could monitor the size of parked vehicles and adjudicate accordingly

We have booked with Toad Hall Cottages many times now, never disappointed. Accommodation is always really good, cottages always appear very high standard especially regarding cleanliness - always important. Would highly recommend.

Lovely accommodation, everything was there that we needed. Plenty of space for the two of us and a comfy bed. Parking was a bonus.
Location was good not to far from the town centre and beach.

It was our second visit to Bamboo House and we enjoyed it as much as the first visit which was 12 months ago. In that time the housekeeping staff have done an amazing job because everywhere looked exactly the same ... spotless and no visible scuffs etc. Bed linen and towels ... top notch. We would 100% recommend staying at Bamboo House. We feel it's the best property in the perfect location with best view. Toad Hall were so lovely to deal with and the booking process is excellent.

We have stopped at this property before every thing you need.Very good for the beach having our fur boys with us.
Had food out in Looe also take aways brilliant!! Would definitely use Toad Hall again as we have in the past.Also Gypsy what a great location.

We had another lovely stay in Moorlands Barn this week. I read the last review, but I can confirm that the Barn is very clean. No insects nor codwebs anywhere!! Very cosy and warm and everything you need is there. The village has a good pub. And you are in The National Park, so the Moors are just outside your door, inviting you for lovely walks. The owners were very helpfull in every respect.

Easy to work with, clear communications, online profiles accurately reflected the property, and it was a great location. We had a wonderful trouble free break. It was nice they had branches in the local area (South Devon) - as although we didn't need to go in, just walking past and seeing manned branches made you feel a level of comfort you could see someone for help if needed.

Have booked through Toadhall cottages every year for lots of years. Always a great experience with friendly professional staff.
