Great company to do business with. The quality of products offered is outstanding. Somewhat pricey, but hopefully in the long run it will be worth it. Ordering was easy and delivery went well.

I have placed an order which stated it would be shipped 12/22 and with no indication that it wasn’t, I never received it. I paid $2500+ UP FRONT for the item. I then received a notification on 12/30 that the item was restocked (was supposedly in stock when I ordered it.) I contacted customer service who could not give me any information until 3-4 days later when I received the SAME scam email stating it was restocked and the manufacturer will ship it shortly. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING. No one answers my inquiries EVER.
I URGE YOU TO NEVER USE THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY EVER AGAIN. My family is completely DEVASTATED over this HUGE financial loss

Tony was very helpful, answered all my questions and was patient.
Kit was helpful on the LiveChat so that we could have tax exemption applied to our account, and the ordering process was easy after that. Will be curious to see how long it takes for our order to arrive (estimated 2-4 weeks), how the delivery goes, and the state our furniture items arrive in. This was a great price for the chairs we've been looking for, so I'm hopeful this is a good first experience ordering from Top Modern!

That’s clearly a lie. There is an estimated shipping time of 1 to 5 days. Not availability. Your company stated it is in stock and it’s clearly not. That’s fraudulent. I want a full refund so I can purchase and receive what I ordered in the estimated time frame. I ordered an Urbia Bar table on August 1st from Top Modern and it was stated on the order the item is in stock and ships in 1 to 3 days. It’s the 11th and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve reached out several times by emails and phone calls with no response on what’s happening with my order. The main reason I ordered this item was because they said it is in stock and ships so fast. Apparent deceptive marketing and sales to get money.

The porcelain top was cracked. TopModern stated that we needed to file a claim within 10 days so they were not willing to replace it. We then asked if they would cover 50 percent of the cost to replace. They only offered $200 credit. Top modern did not mark the box with “this side up” and their shipper rotated the box multiple times as witnesses by 2 people. Think twice before using this company. We’re stuck with a broken vanity.

I purchased 3 rigs. Only got confirmation of my order nothing more. 2 weeks later I call to inquire on the order and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday which puts us at 25 days later.. that’s ok .. with some communication. I’ve been charged for the rugs. I sent an inquiry yesterday.. more than 24 hours.. still nothing. Terrible customer service. It has been one month since my order.. that’s was never posted anywhere. And still your team has not reached out to even say.. your order is in production or on the way” but you sure can take my money and send an email with confirmation of order. Very disappointing
