The requested delivery date of August 4th was a holiday, so to prevent any potential delays that would have caused the gift to arrive late for her birthday, we decided to ship it a day earlier instead. While our intention was to ensure the gift was not late, I understand that it's still disappointing when it doesn't arrive on the exact day you planned.
