Great service - great flowers.
I was out of town and wanted my wife to get flowers for her first day at a new job. Courier called me upon arrival to confirm they were being delivered - wasn’t expecting that :-). Great experience all round.

This was a belated sympathy gift for the adult daughter Michelle of a very close friend of nearly 50 years who had died. I went to the funeral which was beautiful. There were fresh flowers everywhere!
I wanted to do something special for Michelle. While scrolling your company Toronto Blooms came up. On your site I found the perfect gift. Michelle was so delighted and appreciative she wrote me a poem!
I am thankful to your company for solving a very delicate situation; what do you give a person who is grieving the death of her mother. Your service was perfect. And I did it all from the comfort of my bed while sick with the flu.

Beautiful and high quality flowers
Beautiful and high quality flowers. However, the wine i selected was swapped out for another. Ok I guess but an email acknowledgment would have been nice. Also, the delivery guy did not knock on the condo door and instead left them in front of the door as a trip hazard for my elderly family. Not good. Why do 95% of the work and not the last 5% is beyond me.

Last minute floral arrangement needed
I had to have a floral arrangement sent to a church for a funeral at the last moment. I found out about the demise of a former colleague only a day prior and the funeral was the next day. It had to be delivered prior to 5pm.
The arrangement was delivered in the early afternoon.

Some flowers were a little bit wilted
Some flowers were a little bit wilted. The box was soaked in water from outside. The bag in which there was a flower box was also soaked. I wouldn’t use this service if it is extremely important that the flowers and presentation should be perfect. For occasional flower gifting this service is my go to. Super convenient to order. I wish they would offer timed delivery, then they would be irreplaceable for my needs
