What I truly admired about Blooms
What I truly admired about Blooms, they could not deliver the flowers on time due to the holidays. They kept up with communication and informed me throughout the delivery process. What I did not like, they should not take payment upfront if the date of delivery is not available. Although they later offered a refund, regardless, I wanted the flowers. The quality of the flowers are second to none.

It was very nice but was lack luster
It was very nice but was lack luster, meaning it was boring. I thought it would be a little more energetic and exciting. The candle was just plunked in the middle and
Bits and pieces placed around it. Not really dynamic. For the price I paid you could have put a little more creativity into it.

Ordering was straightforward. The delivered product is excellent and the recipient was beyond delighted. The tracking is awful. A timeframe would be great. Receiving the on the way and delivered emails at the same time and leaving the bouquet in the step in freezing weather is poor service. If I handbrake heard the briefest of door bell pushes, the flowers would have frozen and been ruined.

I love your website and your stuff . I ordered twice so far. One room for improvement is your delivery times. Birthday deliveries should be completed before 2 pm.
My friend's order was delivered around 7:00 pm which is late.

Ordered flowers for a friend on their birthday.
Flowers looked great and she got the cupcakes but she did not receive the macarons however.
We never asked for a picture of everything before she ate the cupcakes. I guess our mistake as new clients to make.
Customer service said without a picture of products sent they cannot refund us the macarons. I’d expect the company to verify they sent what we actually paid for but it was asking too much.
Luckily this isn’t a niche market so we will never order here again due to the aggravation of it all.

Speedy delivery from a trusted brand
I ordered flowers to arrive at my wife's hotel when she was traveling from the UK, so I was looking for a trusted brand to place an overseas order with, and Toronto Blooms did not disappoint.
It was easy to use the website once I'd converted from CAD to GBP. There was a great range to choose from and I liked that there were various size options, although it would have been nice to have images for each size of each bouquet.
The flowers arrived same day on a Sunday, and they were beautiful. My wife loved them - she said they made her room smell amazing whenever she walked in.
Thank you for helping make my wife's work week away that extra bit special.
