SCAM ALERT!!
Omg worst experience ever, terrible communication, lies and lack of accountability. The flowers have still not gotten here and it’s freaking end of day. What’s the point of valentines flowers if they get delivered after the day is over?? At 4pm they claimed the driver was 20 minutes away. Almost four hours later the flowers are still not here. Such a frustrating experience.
Edit: the flowers never came and we ordered it a day before valentines, they claimed to deliver it on Valentine’s Day but never did.
Edit: it’s morning, and they delivered it yesterday at 11:20pm?? Literally 40 minutes to the next day. What a waste absolutely unbelievable

Avoid This Company
Ordered flowers to deliver to my wife's office on 2/13. They attempted delivery at 645pm after business hours.
Customer service claims they showed up at 430 which isn't true. After providing them the tracking updates showing the late attempted delivery, they changed their tone but still wanted me to pay a fee to redeliver on 2/17.
I had to buy different flowers elsewhere so my wife received something on V Day.
Avoid this company unless you want unreliable service.

This delivery was to a hospital, the driver had to risk parking and find his way through the hospital to the ICU, 6th floor. We are so grateful that he went above and beyond to make this delivery happen.
