Quality of the folder is why I ordered my third one

Received the beautiful leather cover for a new iPadPro 11". Lovely color and fits the device well. I keep my iPads for several years, last one was about 6 years, so prefer a long lasting leather cover for comfortable use, longevity, and good looks. The only downside was the additional shipping cost added on after purchase. I still purchased, and would have purchased, but better customer experience would be to have that cost shown up front at check out. The cover itself really is perfect.

This was a gift for my wife. She ABSOLUTELY LOVES it! The quality shines on this product and all of her friends want to know where they can get their hands on one. She loves the fact that she can just have her phone or her phone with the wallet. Would highly recommend this product.

A very nice product. This is the third leather cover I have purchased for different iPads. I can say from ordering, delivery and communication, everything was great. I had questions for Customer Service, as well, the replies were quick and informative. I would certainly buy from Torro again!

I’ve owned many, many different products from them and I’ve been going back over the years as they also seem quite durable. I’ve had zero major issues. I’d highly recommend buying from them.

You advertise the shipping is $9.95 shipping. After I have placed my order you then tell me it will be an additional $23 in shipping because I'm in a remote location. I'm 10 miles outside of Dublin Ga. USA. I have never been told that my shipping location was remote. We have stuff shipped all the time with never a problem from any location around the world. I'm not in a remote location and noone has ever changed me more in shipping than they would charge anyone else. Basically a way for you to show a lower cost and charge more on the backend.

Just a terrific case. I recently purchased a Fold 7 and it was truly unusable without a case. The camera array was so protruded that it would not lay even close to flat. The TORRO case was just the ticket. Beautifully made, functional and good looking. Thank you!

The TORRO phone case I bought is excellent quality - well worth the price. Their customer service notifications and replies are prompt and helpful. Just be aware that ordering through their website is inflexible, with cancellation nearly impossible and returns costing time and money. That said, this case is a quality product at a fair price from a deserving company; I definitely recommend TORRO.

Perfect fit, nothing extra. Nice leather. Highly recommend.

I received my leather iPad case promptly, and the leather material is excellent. The one drawback is that the Apple pencil falls out of the case easily. The magnetic indentation in the case for the pencil is very shallow, and the least little bump of the pencil causes it to fall out. I decided to order the separate Torro leather pencil holder at an additional cost.

Shipped fast, good communication. Product is great, high quality. This is probably the most I've ever spent on a phone case but it seems to be worth it.
