Buyer Beware. This company does not stand behind its products. I purchased the Galaxy A36 Leather Case (with Stand Function) directly from the company. After just 6 weeks of normal use the leather cover started peeling away from the plastic case. When I reported this clear manufacturing defect to the company, Customer Service refused to replace the item or refund my money, taking the position that the item's failure was the result of "normal wear and tear." They suggested I buy some glue. When I disagreed that normal wear and tear results in product failure after 6-weeks, a different Customer Service member shifted all blame to me, stating with hardened rhetoric that "user inflicted wear/damage" doesn't warrant replacement or refund. Looking back at the pattern of 1-star Trust Pilot reviews, it's obvious that stone-walling customers with the "normal wear and tear" phrase is Torro's go-to strategy for avoiding responsibility for quality control issues. When that line doesn't succeed, they add insult to injury saying, in essence, "Well, actually it's not normal wear and tear, you broke it."

I’m very impressed with the quality of the leather. It’s not bonded like some who claimed to have a leather case it’s actual heavy UDA premium cowhide leather. I love the raised stops that allow different viewing angles for the iPad. Unlike some that are just light grooves that don’t really hold the iPad in place. This is a great high-quality product and I’m so glad that I found it.

The leather is thin and light, much thinner and lighter than my previous leather case. I like the magnetic flap that keep the cover closed, works very well.

The bad:
I don't like the microfiber lining on the inside. After less than a month it is showing considerable wear, especially the cover and the lock flap are hinged where I tend to hold it.

This case is amazing.
I thought it was going to be like the otterbox with the fake leather, watched a singular YouTube video from a guy who had his for a year and he did construction and it still was holding up well. Let me tell you, this is real leather, not the synthetic crap all the major brands use like otterbox or spigen or casemate. I've only heard about torro but took a leap of faith and I've found new phone case brand for the next few years to come. And if you love the smell of leather you'll love it.

It came perfect, no scuffs or dents. I also had the customization and it looks fantastic. My next one I'll probably still with embossed as I like the low-key look of it. Highly recommend, S25U user here and my phone is already huge so I rarely put it in my pocket. My only concern is possibly the magnets but I've been wrong many times before and its too soon to tell but the fact they dont slide is already good. 10/10 give Torro a chance you wont regret it. Also that shipping, again, crazy fast. Ordered on monday I believe got it two days later. International shipping.

The product ,a I phone 16 wallet, is of very high quality and I am very pleased. I would purchase another product without a doubt. I in the market for the newest I pad mini case keyboard attached. If there is one available in the future. I definitely would be interested thank for such a wonderful product.

I love this ipad case and the black leather with red stitching is a really nice touch. It’s exactly what I needed. Shipping was super fast. Very satisfied.

The product is excellent quality and the delivery was prompt. My only criticism is that the product had a very strong chemical smell when I took it out of the box. But I just let it sit for a day or so and the smell dissipated.

Ink from the logo bled through the blues leather. I emailed them after trying to clean it and was told nothing could be done but to clean it. Cleaning it made the area worse. I did buy the black one now instead and will just deal with the blue one

The product arrived as advertised. Soft leather, quality stitching. Great product.

First of all the response time was very quick. I was surprised to see it came from the UK. The product itself was beautifully made. Very happy.

The process of ordering to receiving my beautiful new passport holder was seamless. My order arrived in a timely fashion & was packaged perfectly. Never received my order. Was only refunded my shipping cost. They still have the rest of my money. They have my product and my money. I think this was a scam from the start. It’s a UK based company. Terrible customer service.

My Galaxy S25 Ultra fits perfectly in it. Leather and construction appears to be of good quality. I like the horizontal stand feature. I like the ability to keep credit cards in it. The only feature that it is missing is a clip or loop to fit it on my belt. Will find a case with a belt loop to put this in for hands free carry.

I purchased a "leather case" for my galaxy S25 Ultra from them and it dropped once and the corner got completely screwed up. I emailed them and they told me that their leather is quality and couldnt help. Their quality is crap. Dont order from them.

I have been a Torro customer for a while, my latest order for the Kindle Colorsoft case came from Torro USA, shipped from Amazon, with a price of $20 less than the Amazon's price. I absolutely love the black pebbled leather with red accents. My Kindle case, as well as all the other Torro products I have are very well made with high quality leather. They are not particularly cheap, but you get what you paid for. I have Torro cases for all my electronic devices, and I'm very pleased with all of them. They are custom built for the particular device, they are sturdy and look really good with a precise fit. Since I started using Torro products, I have not looked into any other leather covers for anything.

Leather case for Pixel 8a. Received quickly in perfect condition. Had to return the case ( paid postage BOTH directions! ) because when inserting 3 credit cards in the 3 slots as designed the magnetic closure would not stay shut. Case works well for PHONE alone, but not as a credit card/cash 'single wallet'. I suggested to the company they could remedy the manufacturing problem by adding more leather to the case spine so it could stay closed with credit cards. For this reason - the review is only 3-star - since the case would not accommodate credit cards as advertised and I feel I should have been reimbursed the postage plus the purchase price.
