Great service to recover my TPT pension. Raj was very helpful

Your staff member was polite friendly and professional as for TPT in general I am not impressed the service is very slow ,sometimes trying to contact you is almost impossible.

Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Paula talked me through both my schemes and offered to post the information to me.

Was very impressed as I was having issues with signing into my account. Step by step they provided the solution in real-time with patience and professionalism. A great exerience!

I have to be honest and say my experience with TPT has not always been smooth.
However today instead of emailing or contacting via secure contact, I spoke to Andrew, who could not have been more helpful. I explained the issue, he then looked into the situation and provided details to enable me to follow up and the offer of calling him back, if the problem was not sorted out.
Such a relief to find someone so helpful and who understood the problem.

Got the help I needed and was very happy with Jyoti who was so pleasent.

She spoke clearly and smoothly, so she was easy to hear and understand.
She was friendly and knowledable.

Sabrin was extremely helpful and resolved the issues I had signing into my account in just a few minutes. They also provided some key information based on another query I had. The call wait time was negligible, being only a few seconds before getting straight though to an advisor.

Hit 55 wanted some funds to work for myself contacted tpt using online messaging customer service hub instant reply and got everything I needed/reqested without going through different departments .

I had little to no knowledge about pensions and more importantly my own pension that I have with TPT. I had a call from a Member Support Representative named Jim Primmer and I cannot say how impressed and satisfied I was with all the information and guidance that Jim provided me over the course of the call. The quality of the call was based on the patience and way that Jim addressed all my questions without talking a different language and a way that I could fully comprehend how my pension currently sits and where it will be at the time I would be looking to draw upon it. His very understanding approach and guiding me through taken me to go from zero knowledge to an informed and aware situation that has enabled me to make more confident decisions with my pension. If only there were more Jim's in the world, life would be so much more better. High recommeded service and thank you very much Jim!
