Excellent Customer Service
I received an email from T. P. T regarding a small pension pot. I had completely forgotten all about it TBH. I made a telephone call to the company and spoke with a young man by the name of Raj. He spoke eloquently and was patient and understanding. Raj’s listening skills were excellent. My experience today having had Raj’s attention to detail was 5 star rating.

No transparency
I only wanted to transfer my pension pot to another pension provider. I was not able to access online my account and nobody seems to be ready to help. Very difficult to communicate with them.
When I called them the pot value was different compared with the information received from another member of the staff.
I hope they will transfer my money. I am very disappointed .
