My battery died and I did not get a…
My battery died and I did not get a notification as per the contract. As a result my leisure battery drained and died. I had to make contact to arrange an engineer to replace my battery and when the installation company made contact they said they had been instructed to remove the unit and not replace the battery.

We are sorry to hear that your tracking device did not work.
Having reviewed your account, we can see that the tracker was purchased through a third-party retailer and included a complimentary 3-month subscription, which expired in 2025.
As our tracking devices operate using VHF, GPS/GSM, or a combination of both technologies, an active subscription is required for the associated monitoring and tracking services to remain operational. As the subscription was not renewed after expiry, all tracking services were suspended.
You recently contacted us to reactivate the service shortly before reporting the vehicle as stolen. Following the theft report, our Theft Team immediately activated the unit in theft mode and attempted to establish communication with the tracker. During this process, live location updates are no longer visible within the customer app, as the unit is managed directly by our recovery specialists.
Unfortunately, due to the extended period during which the subscription had been inactive, it is possible that the tracker had already been located, removed, or otherwise compromised before the theft was reported.
We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration in these circumstances.
