Have had this installed on my car from…
Have had this installed on my car from the dealer, was given a piece of paper Tracker Installation Certificate and a card with other details on it.
Downloaded the app and can not register the tracker.
Called TRACKER and because it’s the weekend, no help at all unless your car is stolen.
So it’s coming out and I’m going else where.

My cars have been with Tracker for many years. A new unit was required at my home garage. The engineer arrived as notified, was very pleasant and efficient. I had to contact Tracker by phone asI couldn't get the Phone App to recognise the new unit. Karen was most helpful and reset everything and called back later to check everything was "happy" here.

Karen was great but……..
Tracker app required a new security tag for no given reason. Apparently this was why the app was ignoring my password. When asking to reset my password the screen said “A reset email has been sent” but despite multiple attempts, it hadn’t. Using the app contact form required multiple fields finishing with a ‘validation’ code of particularly challenging squiggled letters and numbers which were always “invalid”. Zooming in to triple check the digits always wiped the screen, requiring me to start the whole contact form again. So then tried the web chat bot option. This always failed as ‘not available due to excess requests. A phone call after the bank holiday, eventually got me a new security code but my email address couldn’t be used even though I was trying my original device number on my original email address and ticking the ‘already registered option. A second phone call call got me Karen! Thank goodness for Karen. She walked me through again and confirmed the problem need a ‘case’ raised on the system. Within 24hrs, she rang me again and walked me through again. This time having had the system wiped of my original email address record so I was able to re-enter it and, with a new password access my app, old data and device. Eventual success! So, no criticism of the underlying product and a big thank you for Karen but… an unstable system, badly designed, misleading messaging, poor contact form, unreliable web bot and 4 days to fix a problem that could have left me without the ability to see or show the local police where my stolen bike was while on the continent. I am told that Tracker could still help me but I’m not sure how good there Italian would be!
