Tracker hasn't worked correctly since installation
Tracker hasn't worked correctly since installation, constantly phones my mobile to alert that car has been stolen when it is on the driveway outside, sometimes phones over 10 times a day and even in the early hours walking us up, I actually started ignoring it now so pointless because if the car was stolen I don't have the confidence it's actually working, have contacted customer services numerous times but still no resolution after 8 months of it being installed, at over £900 I am really disappointed with it and honestly wish I'd not had it installed

Very poor customer service
Purchased a tracker on a new vehicle in October. The vehicle was in an accident on 8.5.26 and subsequently written off. Tracker alert was actioned for vehicle on recovery, and I telephoned Tracker to advise that the vehicle was written off. Since then, we have received several tracker alerts and each time I have contacted them to advise that we no longer have the vehicle. It has taken 5 phone calls for the records to be updated, and they have no record of previous calls. I have also asked for a pro-rata refund of the subscription and have now been told 2 different processes regarding this, and am still trying to chase this. Their service doesn't bode well for if your vehicle was stolen!!

Check what you need before you buy
BE CAREFUL, You might not get what you want. I purchased a tracker for my caravan. After I paid for it and got it installed, I am now told it can not track, it can only find it by VHF signal. The owner has to report the vehicle is missing to the police for it to be tracked. YOU DO NOT GET NOTIFIED WHEN THE VEHICLE IS TAKEN. So it could days or weeks if say it in storage, or you are on holiday. Absolutely useless product. I was misinformed when purchasing. Web site says there is an app to track but not for VHF products….. PLEASE CHECK IF THIS ANY USE FOR YOU BEFORE PURCHASING. As much use as a ashtray on a motorbike for me.

Amazing Tracker system & Company
I’ve had my tracker installed for around four years now, and I honestly can’t fault the system at all. The alerts are incredibly accurate — whether the vehicle is being loaded onto a transporter or the battery is disconnected, the notifications come through instantly and without fail.
The Safe‑Mode feature is a brilliant addition. When activated through the app, for example when leaving your car at an airport while you’re away, it gives real peace of mind. The app itself is simple to use, making it easy to track and locate your vehicle at any time.
I would highly recommend this system and company 100%. Their customer service is excellent — always polite, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Aggressive telephone saleswoman
I have been using Tracker for years and had generally pleased with them but the service now appears to have gone down hill and they are employing aggressive sales people.
I was called out of the blue the other day from a saleswoman claiming my tracker was no longer working and needed to buy a new one. She also said that I was paying too much for my subscription on 2 vehicles and needed to buy 3 years in advance now.
Later that day I noticed that they had charged my card, the details of which they already held for an annual subscription, nearly £1500.
I then received an email telling me to book an installation date. I didn't reply that day as I was still thinking about what had happened. The following day I received another email saying that as I hadn't book an installation date, they had chosen one for me.
I felt pressured into a new tracker and a 3 year subscription on 2 vehciles, so emailed them asking to cancel and to receive a refund.
The same aggressive saleswoman called me up and told me I needed to keep everything.
I again ask for a refund. She said 'okay' and put the phone down on me.
I am still awaiting my refund and will now probably have to issue proceedings in the County Court. I will also be reporting them to the CMA.
This used to be a great company but is now one to avoid.
