I ordered a pedal boat for the 4th. I am notified it’s to be delivered by the 3rd. No show. Login. They indicate it’s out for delivery.

They canceled my order on the 2nd. Their site still shows out for delivery.

What a disappointment. I could have gone to Bass Pro Shops or Cabelas and picked one up,

Get it together guys. Your fulfillment process is a joke. Someone needs to be fired. Their low review scores are well deserved.

I have to say that I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional business. Staff is extremely rude and they deserve no stars. I called because when the Roadie from UPS, Tyler B brought my order, he failed to leave the entire order. I spoke with Kelly who was the most obnoxiously rude person I have ever had to deal with. She said that I didn't have an order and when I tried to ask if they had any contact information for the delivery people, she told me to shut up and let her talk. I informed her that I was the customer and was trying to get to the bottom of this, she rudely hung up on me. I want her fired!!!!! She should never be in contact with customers. The store manager Brandon Wall is out of the store, so there is absolutely no one in that store with any authority and now I have to figure out how I am going to get the dog food I have already paid for. -20 stars is too high for this location, take your business to the Athens, AL store.

I returned a $3,299.99 air compressor to Tractor Supply in new condition, with the original receipt, six days after purchase and within the published return window. The store refused the return, saying the purchase couldn't be found — though it was visible on their own register at the time — and told me it could only be returned to the original store, which contradicts Tractor Supply's published policy allowing returns at any location. I then had to pay to have the 611-lb unit offloaded and stored, at ongoing monthly cost. Tractor Supply's customer team later offered to pick up the item and refund me, then scheduled and missed four pickup appointments, each a no-call, no-show. I traveled to meet each one. 8 months later, I still have not received my refund and the item has not been retrieved.

7/01/26 Purchased 2 1/2 gal jug of Farmall Herbicide. Website showed 72 available at Jennings, LA store. There were none on shelf at this store. Could not find any employee on floor, so I stood in line at checkout to inquire if any were available in the back. Checkout person gave me the impression that I was bothering her, did not want to see my phone, showing her that 72 were available and she had no idea what was in stock. I requested the manager who appeared after some time. He went and found the item I wanted. He also gave the impression that he did not want to be bothered. I purchased the item, apologized and left with the feeling that I never wanted to enter that store again. Poor customer service.

The two young men working in the Chillicothe, Ohio store on 6-30-2026 in the evening, were very helpful and pleasant. The prices of items bought were spot on with other retailers in the area, but TSC was closer to our house. Thank you for all the help.

Went in for a tube of ivermectin (you know why, right?!)... these guys know too... so they gouged us, by hiking the price from $16+ in 2025, to $23 today!!! Don't think we don't notice what you've done Tractor Supply... that's disgusting!

Tractor Supply's customer service sucks. I just waited 31 minutes for on their "solutions" call line. That's the second time in as many months.

I would have given a "0" rating if possible.

As a potential, loyal customer, I give up.

You don't care about our "time". Etc.

I will think more than twice before I set foot in your door again.

Your projected attitude towards customers is that you couldn't care less about my time.

You'd think a company with an interest in serving customer needs would dictate an even minimal attempt at customer service.

Tried to return an unused item. Contacted someone in Knightdale store. I live in a different county and he said I needed to return to the store. He was not rude but sounded like he did not care about helping me return it. He was very vague about sending it by mail. I will not recommend Tractor Supply when returns are involved. Frankly, he did not seem to give a poop about my situation. .

I bought a few items from their website and wanted them to mail it to me. I figured I'd save myself a drive to their store. This is the first time I've bought anything from Tractor Supply Co. (TSC).

First of all, their website is INCREDIBLY SLOW in response. There's obviously a lot goop being loaded or their web server needs to be upgraded. Very surprising since TSC appears to be a big company.

I ordered my items and was charged ~$10 for shipping which is fine. I was NOT given a choice in shipping services. I assume they were just going to mail it to me via USPS. It was to be shipped to a PO Box. The nice thing about my post office (PO) is they will accept deliveries from other shipping services. I've never had problems receiving shipments from other services like Amazon, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc before.

TSC shipped my order via a company called "Roadie" which I later found out was an offshoot of UPS. Again, I was not given a choice in how they were going to ship it. In a few days, I start getting these failed calls and short texts from various phone numbers, area codes are all located in Georgia. I don't answer because I don't know these numbers. Finally, I get a series of texts with enough identifying information from this one number that I know it's about my TSC order. I text back to this number. No response. I call this number. It answers as disconnected! I call another Georgia number. It's also answers as disconnected!

There's a mail chute in my PO where services like Amazon, FedEx, DHL, etc. can drop their deliveries. This is well known. It appears the people at Roadie are too inexperienced or lazy to ask about this.

Roadie tried to deliver on Juneteenth which is a national holiday. Of course they failed to deliver it then. What were they thinking?

This morning, I get a text saying my order was delivered. But the picture proof shows the package was put ON A PUBLIC TABLE at the PO. It was NOT dropped into the mail chute. This table can be accessed by anyone walking by at the PO! I doubt the package will still be there for me to pick up. I doubt whether Roadie informed the PO people the package is there, otherwise they would have told him to put it in the mail chute.

I called TSC (877) 718-6750 to complain. I've been on hold all this time since I started writing this review. Going on 39 minutes now. That's another thing. It's impossible to reach a human on their phone!

Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from TSC again.

I went online to order Kitty Litter. Found the item I wanted and put it in the cart. I noticed that the website had put 3 other items in there with it, Total of 4 items. This is really scummy way to do business. I will NOT do business with a company that uses this type of business model.

Tractor supply has an app that asks if you want pick up or delivery. If you choose delivery it is a scam. They charge you a large delivery fee and when it doesn’t come and you call you are told it’s being shipped fed ex and will be there in over a week. So app says delivery, they take your money out of the bank then the receipt says shipping and you’re not allowed to cancel. Big SCAM!!!!

I ordered an ELLIOT blueberry. I wanted a late season fruit. Online description at TS says ripens Aug-Sept. Berries started ripening mid June.

I want is a free late season replacement NEXT planting season. Not gonna happen.

TS says not their problem. I am outside their 3 week window and the tag from the nursery matches what I ordered, even if the reality of the shrub doesn’t. Take it up with the vendor,

Vendor, Pirtle Nursery, says this variety ripens in June. Not their problem.

Customer service was very polite.

I was involved in a horrific situation by a third party vendor that Tractor Supply pays to go into their stores for remodeling. Merchco Services, Inc across the country. Merchco Services does hundreds of projects for Tractor Supply Company each year. I reached out to TSC, detailing the blatant retaliation and discrimination against me by Merchco management while working in one of their stores. TSC is well aware they have misogyny, narcissistic, homophobic managers out there screaming at a LBGTQ domestic violence victim and following me around their store, humiliating me by weaponizing my financial situation and telling me I am an emotional female. TSC has done absolutely nothing in my defense, as far as I have been made aware by their silence, they are standing behind that kind of behavior. I would definitely rethink stopping at the local TSC.

Wait time to speak to a CSR (Customer Service Rep.) has been 45 minutes and counting on attempt number two (attempt one was almost an hour). Wouldn't wait so long but they screwed up a pet pharmacy order and it has to be corrected.

Have sent the TS contact form, located on their website, and haven't heard anything for three days.

Seriously?! This is another example of an incompetent company that takes your money and runs. Shame on you thieves.

Shocking impossibility to unsubscribe from this company’s emails. Possible illegal.

Tractor supply is the worst company to deal with. Never have anything in store, nothing compared to Orchlens.And have to set on hold for 40 minutes to talk to someone in customer service and then they hang up on you.

I am trying desperately to get on Tractor Supply review site but when I do it takes me some place to sign up for emails, which I already get, it says click here but there's nothing there. I do love my local store and the people are great, I waited close to 30 minutes for somebody to answer the customer service phone line ... but they didn't so that's why they get one star I really did want to give my store a 5 star review, I would give them a Solid 5, I'm always greeted at the door and everybody is so nice, I used to get emails, emails no more!

Customer service is horrible at our local branch in gorham maine. There is a worker there that clearly hates her job and should quit. Worst customer experience since spectrum. I have been in that store 3 times wont ever go back again

They work you like dogs out in crazy heat even below freezing temperatures and cry they can’t afford to pay you more than the absolute minimum when it’s literally making almost a million dollars a day depending on the location it’s disgraceful they want so much from you as an employee tack on so many responsibilities but pay you as if you’re not the reason that location is thriving and making as much profit as it does

I want to say that Jerimiah at Main street store in Summerville, SC knows how to provide great customer service!! I want to thank him for his help.
I paid on line for my horse feed at St. George, SC chain only to get a message that the feed was not in stock AGAIN. Now, I'm waiting for a refund.
I've asked the manager at St. George, SC store 3 miles from my home to have specific horse feed available for me. More often than not I have to travel 28 miles to Jerimiah's store to get the molasses free feed my senior horses need.
I'm appreciative to Jeremiah in Summerville for the assistance and think that St. George could use some corporate help if they intend to succeed.
