Placed an online order. First they wanted to charge over $18 shipping. Had it shipped to the closest Tractor Supply, went to pick up the PAID FOR order, was informed they sent it back, order arrived Monday went to pick it up Wednesday. Not only was this inconvenient in several ways, I was given the usual runaround from a poorly run business. The second time we were treated rudely at this store. Bonus for us, I found it all cheaper elsewhere.

You have a poor selection for oil filters and air cleaners for Briggs & Stratton just because you don't have lawn mowers you sell new with Briggs & Stratton motor doesn't mean you can't Supply the parts for it like oil filters and air filter if I want to get my oil filter and air filter I got to go to Family Farm and Home they have a big selection of it go look at theirs and copy them

Tractor Supply is an awful company! Tried to buy a plant, would take my charge card. Called customer service during their hours, and customer service was closed for some reason. Called the next day, waited for a call back. None received. I will NEVER buy anything from Tractor Supply, and HOPE YOU WILL NOT EITHER. They have an awful ratings on Trustpilot, Google, etc.

When you spend thousands on a zero turn and they say it will be delivered Monday so you take off work and it doesn't show so you call and haft to take tuesday off and still nothing so you call and are told they haft to put in another order, so now I will haft to take a 3rd day off and call and told that since it is free delivery that No one wants todo it, it's absolutely ridiculous and now my grass is so tall that I'm having to fight the bugs away from house

Horrible company. They sent me double orders of my 2 dogs heartworm meds. I now have 4 months of meds. I called once to get it postponed. The rep said it was and it wasn't. That's a contributing factor to my 4 month supply. Today I called again and they said it was canceled. I will call my bank and make sure they are blocked. On their website that they seem to be very proud of you can not postpone or cancel ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU.

and now im understanding why your ratings are low because you have No customer service i waited over 3 hours on phone with No results when you loose enough business may then you will wake up

2 weeks ago while trying to place an online order and use my 4 10.00 rewards there app was having issues so the order would never go through. So I emptied my cart and went to the store. My 4 10.00 rewards have never gone back into my wallet. I have called 3 times and sent an email. I just get the run around every time. I should not take 2 weeks to resolve this problem. I will make it my mission to warn everyone not to use Tractor Supply. Go somewhere else!!!!

They had run out of chicken scratch on the floor, so the manager immediately climbed a ladder to get me a bag from the back area. Unbeknown to her when she was pulling it from the pallet, it had a slight defect from when it was factory stitched and so she cheerfully gave me 25% off! That was an unexpected surprise. I have had many positive experiences, and this was just one of them. And I also LOVE that they carry SEA-90 mineral salt for my grazing animals and horses.

Driver drove way too fast and hit my sign. I contacted Roadie and was told it would be addressed After multiple correspondence, no one has offered any help or resolution They forwarded my problem to Tractor Supply who was even less help Neither company has integrity. I would not deal with people who just toss your problem aside with no respect or regard

I ordered a prescription for my dog on auto renewal with cancellation at any time. I cancelled through a phone call the next month and got a reference number. Since the RX was already closed the information was sent directly to them to see on the next scheduled opening.
I received notice and midnight of script being refilled not cancelled. Spoke to representative a Kendra who gave me the run around for 30 minutes. Supposedly the rest of auto orders were cancelled and this is resolved. I will follow through with the results.

Wish I could write a review less than "1". How they dishonor military veterans. Great on their website, they do donate a lot which appears to mainly honor their name and sound good. In actuality, they are hurting veterans by now insisting that they sign up on a hackable website all their pertinent info to include photo of military ID. So that we now can be tracked and murdered by the Chinese communists who are buying up land like crazy all around our US military bases. So many Chinese nationals/communists now embedded all across the USA, to include one Chinese communist billionaire with 100 American children, his own offspring paying grandly to surrogate mothers to increase communist China within the USA. No longer are we permitted to show our ID's at Tractor Supply -- though we were willing to give up our very lives for our nation. What about all the homeless military veterans? How the hell do they have access to a computer to enter a video or screenshot of their military ID. So damn dangerous to anybody who does so. Tractor Supply in name only supports our military. It appears that they don't give one damn about our very lives. Cheaper elsewhere, anyway. Good selection at Tractor Supply, but they are by their very non-acknowledgement of our service and our own military ID cards helping to foster the 23 deaths of military veterans daily. Tractor Supply, in my opinion, does not give a damn about our very lives. Only online (not in store at all) must we now enter our private and highly vulnerable and "life" data.

I have shopped at TSC stores for many years. We finally got one in Copperas Cove, TX which is the closest to where I live. The management and employees are not only professional, but patient, and helpful. We opened an TSC account yesterday and returned today to purchase a riding lawn mower. We had some problems with connecting to our account and Collin, the manager was so patient and helpful, as it took time to make phone calls and get the account information. Every time I have been in the store since they opened, the employees have be so helpful. This is my "go to" TSC from now on.

I love this store. They have unique items as well as everything you can get for your home, farm, and animals. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I get my dog food by subscription and it always arrives on time and fresh. Anything I order is exactly as I expect it to be.

they send a email to you about a "flash" sale and when you go to the store they don't have the item in stock, and no rain checks just sorry. It was my last time going after this. Gas is too expensive to waste a drive to the store for nonthing

I ordered a refill of my dog's pain medication. After more than seven days, the order was still processing. I called and they had no record of the order. They transferred me to someone who found the order but needed to give me a call back, and I was unable to take the call back. They sent me an email that looks like they re-sent the order, than an email that said they cancelled it. Never an explanation, and they do not answer the phone.

I have been a Tractor Supply customer for approximately 12 years. At the beginning their service was atrocious and they never had enough staff working to assist the customers. So, for several years I didn't go in as often and found many of my supplies elsewhere. Now I'm back to weekly visits and for several weeks it seemed as if they had fixed their staffing issues and trained their employees...but several weeks in, I encountered the most hideous situation. The regular cashier at my location tells xenophobic and racist stories to her customers. I reported it and they don't seem to care. So I'm back to purchasing my supplies elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed that they are supporting her behavior.

Placed an online order. Received email indicating that the merchandise was shipped, BUT I was not to go to the store to pick it up until I received a "Ready to Pick up" email. Tracking showed that the order arrived on Friday, May 15 shortly after noon. No message to pick up sent to me. Contacted Tractor Supply HQ to get further clarification. Contacted them twice and no response. Tractor Supply policy says that the store will hold online orders for 2 days, then cancel the order and return the merchandise if not picked up by 2 days. With no response from HQ, the store canceled my order and returned the merchandise without ever contacting me to come pick up the order. Now I have to find another source of the product that I ordered. DO NOT USE TS ONLINE ORDERING IF YOU REALLY WANT THE PRODUCT!!!

I have been trying for 6 months to get the military discount applied on our account. It shows it has been verified yet never shows up on the register. They employees used to put it on for us but now have said they can't do it anymore. Emails have been exchanged for 6 months. Most of them say I haven't replied and sent them what they need to put it on the account. I have sent proof that I have replied almost 10 times. I guess there is no way to get this resolved. If you call them, there is at least an hour wait and then they are not helpful. Don't advertise military discount if there is not one. Horrible company. Not concerned about customers at all. Come on Tractor Supply, you can do better.

Received an email from TSC that my order could not be processed due to an issue with my credit card. No explanation what the issue was. Have used this same card every time I shop at TSC and there have been no problems. Have spent the last 2 days trying to talk to someone. Two hours on hold yesterday, almost an hour today. Nothing. There is no "customer service". 05

Is there a zero rating I would rate tractor supply a zero in my second month of subscription I was overcharged $20 at first then 3 weeks later charged instead of credited an additional $28.45 a total of $48.45 overcharge and tractor supply will not take responsibility or accountability for the incompetent office personnel this experience with tractor supply is a disgrace and embarrassment and was awful I had to cancel my subscription only the second month into it I screenshotted the over charges and they're still not taking responsibility I will never ever stop again at this company how do I seen the previous reviews I would have never shopped from them in the first place they ripped me off almost $50 for two bags of cat food and three bags of cat litter that should have only been $70 total instead I was charged over $108.45 and tractor supply is giving me a hard time to give me my money by they are lying telling me they credited me 3120 there is no evidence of that in my account only there are multiple charges for charges for a couple of products that should have only cost $70 this company sucks
