Good paradigm; excellent support
We have been very happy with TranslatePress. The approach to site translation works very well for our particularly, highly multi-lingual web site. It seems to always "know" what to translate - forms, responses. There is the occasional glitch that we might expect with such a complicated product but their tech support is very responsive and has come through promptly each time.

Excellent customer service
I was no longer using their services and had forgot to cancel my yearly subscription. I was worried that it would be an ordeal to get a refund but I emailed their customer suppot and they promptly issued a refund without any fuss and provide excellent customer service.

Very useful support I get after running…
Very useful support I get after running this plugin. I had some issues with paid version however after contact with helpline via email I manage to solve it. Now, working ans I am very satisfied. Just can recommend for not very experience user, support is working :)

Powerful, easy-to-use multilingual plugin with great support
I’ve been using TranslatePress for quite some time on my multilingual website (Spanish, English and German), and it’s by far one of the most intuitive and reliable translation plugins I’ve tried.
The visual editor makes translating content incredibly easy, and everything works smoothly from an SEO and usability perspective.
What really stands out, though, is their customer support: responsive, understanding and genuinely helpful. When I had to cancel for budget reasons, they handled everything with great professionalism and even offered a flexible discount to support my situation.
Highly recommended — both the product and the team behind it.
