After testing several WordPress translation solutions, I can confidently say that TranslatePress stands out among its competitors.
The plugin's key advantage is the ability to translate directly from the frontend. Some useful features, but support and bugs are a real concern
We are a tech agency, working on multilingual web projects. We purchased the TranslatePress Developer Licence and initially found the plugin helpful for basic integrations.
However, we’ve encountered recurring bugs — in several cases, parts of the translated pages disappear or fail to load correctly, which has forced us to redo the integration multiple times. This has resulted in unexpected costs, delays, and frustration on our side and for our clients.
Our main issue, though, is with the support: tickets are often closed too quickly, without verifying if the proposed solution actually works. We’ve also struggled to get clear, actionable answers.
We believe the tool has potential, but it needs more stability and a more responsive support team — especially for agencies working on professional-grade sites.
