I've been using Translate Press for years now! At the beginning I didn't know how much you can configure it, so that it meets yours site's needs, and now that I know and have super prompt support answers, I'm definitely recommending it as the most versatile translator out there!

Perfect support. Although can take somtimes a while to respond (which is quite normal), the help is very good. I think it should be, TranslatePress is one of the best products I ever used in the last decades for several Wordpress projects. It's simple and works perfectly and I'm sure it will get better.

We've switched from Gtranslate.io to TranslatePress and we could have avoid a lot of issues and frustration if only we started with TranslatePress from the beginning.

The plugin works great, good translation memory and speed of translated pages is very fast.

Some small bugs but support team is really supportive and thinking for solutions, not another useless AI chatbot.

TranslatePress made life easier. I needed to have my website in two languages (or at least the option for two) and I had everything set up in 30 minutes. My needs weren't overcomplicated, so everything was straightforward. Definitely recommend it.

Great product overall - you translate directly from the front end while browsing your site , so no need to dig through the backend or string tables, which makes it intuitive and beginner-friendly - I would say one of the biggest PROs

I also like the fact that it integrates perfectly with Google Translate and DeepL for automatic machine translation, but you can as well easily refine translations manually afterwards. Of course,in the Premium edition their AI solution is also there to help if needed!

Another amazing PRO is the fact that it doesn't fully rely on creating duplicate posts/pages (like some competition I think still do e.g. WPML/Polylang) - it leaves performance unaffected due to the single content structure with translations layered on top, which simplifies management and reduces DB clutter (something I am amazed no one cares for that much nowadays).

For my specific use case, I noticed it was able to translate text generated by plugins or shortcodes which some of the previously used translation solution often missed!!

I would say I would totally recommend this to anybody, regardless of your tech experience.

Wir haben bereits über 4000 € investiert und es werden einfach Preise erhöht, obwohl ein fester Rabatt bis Ende des Jahres vereinbart ist. Neben dem 5 Millionen Wörter Paket wurde ein weiteres Paket mit 10 Millionen Wörtern zur Verfügung gestellt jedoch soll in unserer Rabattcode darauf nicht gültig sein. Am Anfang sehr freundlich, bis sie dich am Nagel haben und danach halten Sie dich hin und lassen dich am anderen Ende zappeln, mit der Hoffnung, dass du das ganze Geld in die Übersetzung ausgibst und diese Umsatz machen. Fakt ist nicht pro Wort wird bezahlt, sondern alle fünf Zeichen sind ein Wort. Das ist schon mal eine Täuschung, wenn es um die Übersetzung von tausenden Seiten geht. Des Weiteren ist der Support alle 24 Stunden einmal am antworten, bewusst wird man warten gelassen. Die Qualität der bisher investierten 4000 € haben wir keineswegs in der Konvertierung zurückbekommen. Die Qualität der Übersetzungen ist keineswegs eine hohe Qualität, lediglich Übersetzung per DeepL wahrscheinlich.

Really easy to use, with it's on-page translations. No need to edit po/mo files, no need to create new posts for the new translations. Very easy to set up and go. And also very light weight comparing it with other plugins.

I love the software, but hate the pricing structure. $120 each year is not enough to get 'auto language detection', which is all I need extra for the 1 site I use TP on. Every serious user wants that feature.

To get it you'd need to spend $240 dollars each year for a 3-site license even if you only have 1 site.
