Fast support and great service! Very happy to use it for large site translations.

Issue is with support. I have had the plugin for more than a week now and unable to go live because the support is so slow. I write one question and then don't get a response for more than a day. I follow up and it takes more than a day for a response. Extremely frustrating.

When you need them for a problem they are always ready to help.
If you give them permission they can solve the problem by logging into your WordPress environment and do what is necessary to solve the problem.
So definitely recommended, have been using them for over 10 years.

I'm using translatepress for a while now and even if sometimes there are conflicts with the plugins or bugs, the support is very helpful and super nice! They fixed my problem in just few hours. I consider myself a very happy costumer!

Ich nutze TranslatePress seit mehreren Jahren und verwende es auf immer mehr Websites. So ist Internationalisierung auch mit kleinen WordPress-Websites überhaupt kein Problem mehr.
Bei einem technischen Fehler (der aber wohl nicht von TranslatePress verursacht worden ist), hat sich der Support schnell gemeldet und angeboten, das Problem zu lösen.

I've been using TranslatePress for a few months now. So far, so good!

Version used: Paid Developer version + SEO Module

Used for: Building multipage websites in the hospitality sphere.

Learning the ropes was a bit difficult (since it's a new system for me), but there's a full knowledge base available to refer to, and the technical support is responsive. They usually reply within 24 hours, and provide extensive advice if/when necessary.

What I like:
1. The plugin's useful for SEO. There're settings to enable/disable the translation of the URL slugs (we chose not to translate them for continuity reasons), force the / use in the home URL, translate all Meta data (titles, descriptions), and more. Our SEO specialist was happy :)

2. Quick & good translation. Obvioiusly, when isolated, some strings may be misinterpreted (like taking 'Book' as a verb for 'Book' as a noun, and translating it accordingly). However, when using the full on-page context, the translation quality is really nice.

3. I only need to make edits to the original page, and the translations are updated automatically with page-loading! Niceeee.

4. Options. I didn't like the default language-switcher, but it turned out, there's another option, where it's added to the menu in a slick way. And the same applies to many settings, too. So, variety's good.

What caused a bump:
1 - In my experience, I had a phone number format translating incorrectly (with transliteration), which created an issue. On the page, phone numbers were read as links instead :) Usual troubleshooting processes, described in the knowledge base, didn't work. However, I reached out the the technical support, and they checked the issue, confirmed it, and provided a working solution, while taking the discovered bug to work for future releases.

Overall, I'd say TP is a 100% snack in terms of fitting its purpose and offering flexibility. Happy to continue working with it!

I installed TranslatePress plugin and observes an annoying problem with the theme I'm using. Contacting the developer of the theme to sort out the conflict did not result in a solution, they pointing at TranslatePress. From first moment I put the case to TranslatePress, they were responding quickly, in perfect English, and found very fast the conflict and sent me the solution fir me to test, even asking me like a post-sale if all had been solved satisfactorily. This is what support should be. They are responsive, very communicative, fast and to the point. Really worthwhile a big recommendation !

I've been using TranslatePress for a couple of years and am impressed with its capabilities. It will translate directly to the target language and allow you to make changes. For someone who is a translator/interpreter, this is a big plus! It allows you to work with translators to make the translation your own.

That I can "improve" the system's translation, or regionalize it, is an immense value!

As we needed to provide our website in 8 languages we have been choosing TranslatePress which was an amazing choice for us. The plugin is very user friendly to use and helped us to achieve a great user experience as the user was able to chose easily on the website the dedicated language. For adding the translation it was also super user friendly as you are able to add the translation at once for the origin copy, which saves a lot of time. In addition if you have on certain areas on the website the same copy TranslatePress remembers the translations and no need to redo adding the translations. We are very satisfied with TranslatePress and can recommend it to all WordPress users, who will need to provide more than one language for the website.

In my experience the support was really helpful, with just some simple instructions we solved the problems!

TranslatePress has the best translation workflow I've tried. Much easier to explain to customer/users than the alternatives. And the support is responsive and helpful. TranslatePress AI automated translation produces clean translations needing virtually no correction. Can't be beaten for the price.
