Easy and effective
TranslatePress provides the most easy way to translate your WordPress website, big thumbs up.
If I'd wish for feature requests, it would be:
- Right now every page/post is automatically available in each language, it would be nice if you could choose in which language(s) a page is available.
- When changing the content in the default language, your translations are lost, it would be a huge upgrade if TranslatePress would keep the "old" translation and show a message that the "default content" has been changed.

I have noted your suggestions, it's useful for us to know what use cases would help.
Regarding your suggestions, we do already have an option to exclude a page from translation in all secondary languages so we'll consider improving this to allow selecting only some languages in which to translate a particular page.
Your other suggestion regarding keeping the old translation is interesting. A variant of this is already available, it's an option called Automatic Translation Memory. When active, this will show the same translation even if the default content has changed slightly. This is best suited for not losing the translation after doing typo corrections in the default text.

We're really pleased with the support we received! The team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Despite a few hiccups along the way, they were able to resolve everything efficiently. The product is fantastic and very user-friendly, even for those who aren't very tech-savvy.

Good support. Be careful before you go premium like me.
What I experienced with the premium plan is that sometimes the yearly pricing increases without prior noticing (let's say an email notification). This is something their team should have communicated better in terms of transparency.
The good thing is that after reaching out to their support team and complaining about this issue, they responded back immediately telling me that I was right and refunded my whole renewal while keeping my subscription active for one more year for free. That was too generous and fair.

TranslatePress just works out of the box
TranslatePress works out of the box. Even for my clients it is very easy to work with. Also when I have interaction with the developers they are very responsive. I would surely recommend TranslatePress to anyone looking for a complete translations tool!

Great translation plugin with lots of…
Great translation plugin with lots of options and easy to use interface, and a very friendly service. It wasn't right for me because I have very long texts and the individual paragraph translations was too time consuming for me (but I would use the plugin again when able to hire help to do the translations for me). When I explained to them my situation they gave me a refund, no problem.

Plugin utile, ma assistenza insufficiente per utenti non esperti
Il plugin è sicuramente comodo e rappresenta una valida alternativa a WPML. Tuttavia, assegno 3 stelle a causa della qualità del supporto tecnico, che lascia molto a desiderare. Le risposte ricevute sono state estremamente lente e poco chiare. Inoltre, nonostante abbia fornito gli accessi necessari per un intervento diretto, questi sono stati completamente ignorati. Alla fine, sono riuscito a risolvere il problema solo grazie a una combinazione di intuizioni personali e qualche spunto tratto dalle loro indicazioni, ma la soluzione definitiva l'ho trovata autonomamente. Per chi ha un po' di esperienza potrebbe essere un'opzione da considerare, ma lo sconsiglio vivamente a chi non è del settore o non ha competenze tecniche.

We love many languages – easy possible with TranslatePress
A great plugin to easily offer the website in multiple languages. TranslatePress also allows authors to maintain translations and translate new texts. The optimization for SEO is also very good, so that our website can now be found in different languages. We love this plugin and don’t want to use any other. The best thing is that the loading times do not slow down and the website is still available in multiple languages.

Helped us Reaching International Customers
We used TranslatePress on our website for a year and it really helped us reaching international customer base. It automatically translated the texts we created in our own language (Turkish) into English, Spanish, French and Arabic, which helped us defeating the language barrier quicker.
