Non refund
My husband booked business class flights in November 23 to be told the next day travel performance couldn’t honour the flights and he is still waiting on a refund . He was told on numerous occasions that the refund had been made which wasn’t true . He will now be taking legal action .

Please avoid this company,if I say there are professional and well trained "liars and rude people" that work for them ,then you'll surely read and avoid and save your money.I booked tickets and hotel for Disneyland and throughout the process , Maddy was perhaps the rudest I have ever known a customer services person to be.He said he'd cancel my tickets if I changed anything ,never rang back on 4 occasions when given a time by him.We got to the hotel in Paris and no shock ,he had cancelled the hotel reservation that we'd paid £2000 for. Please avoid as you will get disappointed and irate and sad children.
....Book through a proper company not someone who claim they are Southall T****
