I've used the Travel Insurance Center three times now to purchase insurance for my clients. Their rates are consistently cheaper than the rates I see from other vendors including Expedia. And Brandon is great to work with. He gets back to me right away to clarify information and send a quote.

We bought travel insurance from this company before checking the reviews and regret it!! We planned a trip to Paris with a cruise out of Le Havre. After all of the unrest and rioting in Paris I checked the State Dept website and found travel warnings for Paris. I decided to err on the side of caution and cancel the Paris portion and file a claim. The short answer is we were denied on appeal because there has to be a politically motivated terrorist attack and even then there is no guarantee. Check the fine print and more importantly look for a reputable company as we cannot even get our money back by cancelling the policy.

Insurance covered everything I needed and the price was right. Quick service was important!

The representative at TIC was prompt and thorough in answering our questions as we were shopping for travel insurance. While we have not traveled on our insured trip yet, we have been happy with the service to date.

These folks will tell you anything to get you to purchase their product. Even lie!
The truth is when you need to file a claim and this is were they are terrible. Do not trust these people. I have fought with them for over 6 months. 80 pages of documents to find out that most things are not covered.

Brandon has been very accommodating with the many questions we inundated him with. Extremely patient too! Finally was able to obtain the coverage we needed and as our trip comes together we will add on those pieces. Thanks for keeping SERVICE in Customer Service.

I doubt you will find better. I have been using Travel Insurance Center for years. Alan Lightbody there has never failed to get me the best deals for whatever my travel insurance needs have been. He has always consistently worked to find me the best solution, sometimes under very challenging circumstances. Can't say enough how well taken care of I've felt.
