I was looking for a specialist mortgage on a flat with many unusual aspects such as short lease and ex-council. I was also doing so during a very difficult time living in temporary accommodation while going through a horrible divorce. They found me a high street lender with an exceptional rate, and didn't take a penny in fees for their company until the offer was secured. I really am so pleased with the calm, professional and most of all effective approach they have both taken. It's pretty rare these days to have such amazing customer service. Jed and Conor were our main points of contact during the whole process (finding a mortgage product, and various insurance covers). Jed was especially patient with us, and took the time to answer every question we had, calling us back minutes after trying to reach out to him. As FTB the whole house buying process is quite daunting, however the team at Trinity (Luisa + Daniel) made it as stress free as possible. Always happy to talk me through what was needed and why, and more importantly secured us a great rate - even keeping us up to date with price drops and sending through new options while we waited for the house chain to complete. My usual broker was on annual but the efficiency of the company was so good that there were members of the team ready to get the application done. Quality of service did not suffer and very pleased again with the customer service.
