I recently went on line to find a ticket for my wife to travel from Detroit, MI to New Delhi, India. Neha Jaswal from TripPact Travel contacted me and worked with me patiently to get the best flights with reasonable layovers in Amsterdam while going and Paris while coming back. Had to call her back several times during the process and was able to reach her every single time. I was on business travel when I actually made the final payment and bought the tickets. Neha is fantastic, patient and goes out of her way to try different combinations and finds you the best price period! She even called me back to make sure I received all the documents after I had paid. No other travel agent has ever called me back after I have paid them the full amount. Great Customer Service! Will not hesitate to call Neha again when I need tickets next time. True Professional and a pleasure to work with. Neha! You are the best in the business...

It's was all a delima to get a personalized flight with layovers, and in the busiest season of the year but my agent, Jasmeet did a great job, got me comfortable with the payment system, which I was very skeptical about. All in all a great flight booking I had.

This review for Neha and Jasmeet. They were Excellent in service and very friendly service. One of ticket has name spelling issues. They correct it without any issues.

I was offered the best deal through Trippact that I couldn't find anywhere online. To be honest, I was a little hesitant before booking my flight with them. But they were extremely patient with me and delivered as promised.

I had to book a flight from Washington DC to Hyderabad for 15 people. They gave good options, most importantly at a cheaper price, like we wanted as students. They are totally trustworthy and Jasmeet out of all worked around this deal very patiently with us. He was amazing! Dont lose him, Trippact :) Never at any point did I feel forced to take up any deal, unlike how other travel agencies did. My initial interaction was with Jatin and he was great too, just like how other customers reviewed him. Overall, an amazing experience and would definitely contact them for any other bookings! Wrong planning of my wife's travel from Hyderabad to Houston through TRIPPACT. My wife is travelling with infant and 6 year girl. Tripppact booked 3 flights trip . Hyderabd >>> abudhabi >>> Chicago >>.Houston.
It is unnecessary to go to Chicago where as direct flights are available for Houston. In actual journey my family end up facing delay of 6 to7 hours in CHicago after 20 hours travel from India to Chicago. Trippact could not provide any other alternatives except waiting
