would like to say a big thanks to Priyanka who helped me get a great deal for my travel to India. She was very friendly, receptive and patient to my queries and nowhere in my dealings with her was she pushy/forceful to purchase tickets from her. She gave me a whole bunch of options to choose from. She also followed up a couple of days later to confirm all my paperwork was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend her and this site anytime.

They made a mistake in booking my ticket. I want a refund and all they are saying is they can not. Sheer nonsense and waste of time.
