This is the second time we are actually using Trippact. And Jagriti was the one who helped us out with finalizing our itinerary. Hats off for the patience that she had with us. And will definitely have a return feedback once we have the trip completed, to share how smooth or south it goes from here on. But as for the booking, she really took care of us and went through the best options for us considering all the hurdles we had for her.

Have to give a thumbs up to Priyanka as well, who helped us out the previous time. Where-in we had a pretty odd request to get a layover of two days, and she was able to help us out pretty well enough. Apart from the fact that the itinerary didnt come up proper and we were left in a limbo for a long time, thinking if our bookings were completed or not, as the airline didnt confirm that we had the tickets. We were relieved as soon as we were at the airport and they did issue the tickets for us. This is the only reason for a 4 star and not a 5.

Hope we do have a smooth sail for our upcoming travel, and a huge shout-out for both Jagriti and Priyanka to aiding us to their best.

I booked 4 ticket with him....he sloved my issue about baggage he offer me 2 baggage with every ticket to india as same fare . Cannot thank trippact enough!
Through the entire booking process they were so accommodating.
Then when the airline cancelled the return flight when I was already in the airport, Yogesh helped get me on a new flight. The ticket counter refused to issue a ticket on that flight because they claimed it was booked solid, and Yogesh called the airline and booked the ticket for me and stayed in touch with me until I had the boarding pass.

I liked the services before booking tickets.. After booking tickets i am said that there is some issue and they have to modify the reservation for which they have to charge some extra money and it is said those money will come back as refund. It has been near to six weeks and i still havent got the refund or updates. My fpllowup emails to Neha Jaswal wasnt answered.. Expecting better service from them.
