TSB Living Reviews

Good customer service by Bhanu

The couch itself isn’t bad, but we had a very hard time with the delivery. They use Manga freight for large deliveries in the north island, and on their website they say they offer overnight delivery. It took 8 days to get here, and I kept being told it would be there the next day for a few days in a row. So if you order something off here and it’s a large delivery, make sure you order it 2 weeks before you actually want it.

Product is great for what we needed

Great experience. They had what I needed and at a very good price.

Ordered an outdoor basketball ring. Good quality, quick delivery.

The site is very easy to use, I was able to see where the availability was and was able to pick up within 2days of my order.
We brought my son a tractor for his 4th birthday, he is very tall so I wasn't sure if he would be too big for it. But it is just such a great size tractor for the price! He loves it!
It has been great so far, powerful enough to also take his 2year old brother for a ride in the trailer also. Very happy!

The products were just as I expected. Great value for money. The courier company delivered the wrong items, came back, and delivered the right items. Over all happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service, great product at a great price. Pickup was easy and quick

Great trade, delivered overnight. Highly recommend

Great experience shopping online and finding the right bed for my son! Even better there’s a bed frame and mattress combo which I didn’t expect to be so well priced and easy to have delivered for a great delivery price as well considering the distance from the warehouse to my town! The bed frame and mattress is perfect! Just added a mattress topper for added comfort and bed is super sturdy and will last years for my growing boy!

I am very happy with the quality of the bed. My dog loves to lie on it. It arrived quickly and in good order. Thank you.

This is my fourth mattress topper purchase. Couldn't fault my experience with TSB Living from the moment I ordered to delivery. Great communication, speedy delivery and the product itself 💯👍🏽 Highly recommended.

Gym mat came super quickly! Great quality for the price and my daughter loves it. It’s very lightweight considering the size, my daughter (130cm) can lift it with ease. 10/10, definitely recommend

I brought a Queensize headboard for my parents bed the ordering , the service and delivery , was great. Not to mention the price. Mum and dad were very happy and would buy again from TSB living .

Had fantastic customer service from a young gentleman Nikhil! He was welcoming, warm & even carried my items to my car when I completed a click and collect! Incredible service!

Great product, smooth customer experience from counter payment to collection point. Great service

I got exactly what I had hoped for. The wooden chairs are nice looking and go well with my table. I noticed though that the dowels on one of the chairs is protruding up through the seat cushion so is quite visible. Not sure why
but possibly because it was the first of the four chairs that I put together.
I would've bought the round table but didn't need one so overall I'm happy with this purchase. Great price and sturdy chairs.

Nice worker in despatch area
Willing to help

Great service. Very helpful. We picked up all of our house furniture in one go.
