TSB Living Reviews

Went 1st time to showroom in wigram on 10th June at 9.58am and was assisted by Nav. I actually came to like the place and what stock I saw looked quite ok.
I’d Had my eye on this dressing table added to my cart for few months which was perfect to suit my needs so I made the purchase according to the way i felt. Unfortunately they didn’t have a showroom piece, but Nav measured it against another dresser and so I brought it in good faith since he did do tad bit of effort in exchange for my sale. we could’ve had good conversations if the people working there had genuine interest in proper customer etiquette. Storeman who put my purchases into my car were friendly!. I love to use my engineering skills to put togther the flatpack at home I was genuinely excited, the results were great and I had a lot of fun. Other than that I didn’t get any other problems or issues and the quality of the product is pretty good and very pretty. Have emailed twice to tsbliving to put a review annd pictures onto the website but no luck and look like they’re not interested, by lack of response. Still giving 5 stars for the product but everything else probably a 2.5. ✌️

It is quick and efficient and so far everything I have ordered has been great.

TSB Living products are reliable and suitable for many age groups. The products are very easy to assemble and comes with instructions and we'll packaged inside. Their dispatch timing is very good and communicating to their customers is a high priority of theirs. The website displays additional products that you can attach with your order so that checkout is faster. Overall excellent company and very prompt with their replies. Thank you.

Searching for products online is easy, including payment and shipping/delivery. Also talking on the phone to staff was helpful. Thank you

Excellent Product, fast turn a round time

Earlier today I visited the Wallington branch of TSB and was served by Renu who was, as always, extremely helpful. She highlighted some useful changes that I could make to my account, that I had not previously considered, and she set up a meeting for me to discuss this further on Wednesday. I have always found this to be an excellent branch staffed by friendly and helpful people and I have nothing but praise for the quality of service that they offer.

Always easy and quick delivery.
