Colour ordered is not colour received
We have had Turtle mats for some years and are very pleased with their performance. Our recent order for four Mats at a total cost of £450.80 was delivered efficiently within 2 days but the colour is a big disappointment. We ordered Rosehip in Forest Green and received Rosehip in a Blue Sage. Why?This wasn't even a colour offered. No confidence that sending them back and receiving correct colour will work. It all seemed to be so promising but hard to recommend the product when the colour is wrong.

Perfect for LVT flooring!
We brought 3 mats to lay on our new LVT flooring as recommended by the man who laid our flooring. He recommended Turtle mats due to many of them being made with latex rather than rubber which reacts negate to LVT. We ordered mats for our front and back door and one to use as a Pet mat to place our cat’s food and water bowls on. We are delighted with them! They definitely need to be washed before use to remove the loose pile. Our only criticism would be that we wish there had been more choice for pets and thdt there were smaller pet mats to be used as we have for food and water bowls. Otherwise they look stylish, don’t move about and hold grime and water well. It’s fab thdt they can be popped into the washing machine and cleaned.

Colour not as led to expect
No complaints with quality of mat or its dispatch. But the colour is NOT as shown or described in words on the website: it's not the proper 'brown' we expected, it has a distinctly pinky tone. We're returning it, and are not happy at having to pay postage for an item that's not as we were led to expect.

A reliable and affordable range of products.
The site is easy to use and carries an array of designs. I've always bought plain designs for the backdoor, just inside the front door and for the doormat. They last a long time and when the rubber backing starts to flake, I renew them though you could move them to a lesser used area of the house!

Not had this problem before
Lovely combination of colours. Unfortunately, I cannot wash this mat properly in my washing machine as the spin section of the wash is unable to remove enough water and leaves it sopping wet which means I cannot get it dried. So pretty useless as a washable mat really.
Any advice?

I can see the mat you purchased was a 40x60cm size, this is suitable for washing in the washing machine at 40°C and at a spin of up to 1200. You can also tumble dry on low heat.

Unfortunately although I've been very pleased with previous Turtle Mats, this one is not quite the right size! It's about 1cm too wide - with a larger border on one side.... and so doesn't fit the gap! My husband is going to have to cut some off
