Very poor service
Very poor service. I received my mat and the colour was not as advertised. Interestingly this is listed on the return slip as a reason to return. I do not see why any customer should have to pay for the postage just because you cannot get the colour correct in your photos. I contacted, sent a photo and received a prepaid return slip, so thank you that but I don't see why I should have to have the hassle, see reason above.
Then the refund, no acknowledgment that the mat had been received and no notification of refund. Over a month later and still no refund so I had to chase that, and to be fair it arrived very quickly. The reason given was a problem with paypal and it bounced back, but of course I had no notification that a refund had been attempted because your communication is awful.
This is not the fault of the person who dealt with all this, that was well handled, but the systems need improving, these are expensive products, I have never had such a hassle getting a refund, and you should not be charging return postage because your photos are poor.

Variable. Colour not as shown on website.
We bought 2 mats, one for indoors, and one outdoor doormat. The outdoors mat seems fine so far at least, seems to be good quality, though we've not had a wet day yet to test how well it deals with that. Not at all impressed with the colour of the indoor mat - it was described as bright stripes, and the picture looked like vibrant deep colours. In reality I'd describe it as mostly pastel colours. Not at all what I was hoping for to brighten our kitchen, and definitely not something I would have chosen. I've not tried to return it because the day it arrived we had lots of guests arriving, and I really wanted it to try and contain some of the dirt from people walking in. It does seem to be doing a reasonable job of that (though again it's not been challenged by wet weather yet) but I feel the colour makes it look cheap. It certainly does not look like it cost even the sale price I paid for it. I'm only giving 3 stars overall because the outdoor mat seems good.

Brilliant little mat
I’ve been using these mats for years. We’ve downsized and renovated and are buying these mats again. This is the first a small one for our the sliding door onto our decking. The design and colour way is perfect. Got it in the Easter sale - really fast delivery. These mats are very effective at trapping moisture and dirt. My previous ones at the old house were washed regularly and always came out looking great.
