Returning to buy more: recommended
I bought 2 new turtle mats basically because when I washed my existing turtle mats and one non-turtle mat, the non-turtle mat fell apart. Lesson learned. And I bought an extra one bought to replace a very old turtle mat which had eventually lost its grippy bottom (after many years). I did look at competitor brands but decided to go with a brand I can trust and that I know is high quality. My mats arrived very quickly. Very happy. I do wish there was a slightly wider choice of sizes: I’d have liked a mat 140 x 50/60, to go in front of a double door. But that’s my only criticism. Otherwise fully recommended.

I purchased a mat to put onto carpet
I purchased a mat to put onto carpet, but it moves constantly so I have to straighten it numerous times a day. I'm so disappointed as the mat wasn't cheap and I feel that I've wasted my money.

I am sorry to hear how upset you are. Turtle Mat backings are anti-slip and engineered to minimise movement as much as possible; however we cannot guarantee there will be no movement as there are so many different floor finishes and carpet finishes and piles. If you are finding that your mat is moving, we would suggest using Foxi Underlay to prevent this.

Excellent just beware of the colours
As usual service, delivery and product quality absolutely excellent. My only quibble was when product arrived it looked a different colour than I had expected from website. Not dramatically different but enough to see the difference.
I have kept it, as I have juggled other turtle mats about. I use 9 currently I have five dogs so great below their pet bowls

I have always had turtle mats
I have always had turtle mats. Loved them. However, have recently bought 3 new ones and for some reason they “crackle” when you walk on them! It is so annoying that even my husband has commented about it. Why are they doing this?

More than just mats!
Durable mats; wash well; keep their colour well; don't slip, We particularly like the fact that they have remained soft and cuddly for our kids and now our grandkids playing on the floor!

Nice quality mats as usual
Nice quality mats as usual, but colours looked different to how they were online.
Returned on this basis only. Turtle mat are transparent in that they state customers must pay for returns. However this cost me over £15. Perhaps some returns price guidance would be helpful to customers.
