TutorCruncher has been a fantastic system for our business, and I can't recommend it highly enough. In particular, Raashi has been absolutely amazing and an invaluable support throughout our transition to the new system. Her responsiveness, patience, and willingness to help have made the whole process so much smoother. Thank you again!

No job is available therefore it is not working for me at all and I am actively registering with other agencies.
Do not commit with them. They expect you to do extra curricular tasks for them, like going to help with a student take exams in another town when student never ever leaves home, which is far above your pay grade. Have integrity and do what is right for You. I have been working for them over four years, big mistake. Get all the hours and money working for them, then switch to another agency. They want to pay as low wages as possible and don't respect quality work. Well, I am working for myself and not for a newly appointed "quality assurance saleswoman" who operates a cafe, bless her. Those who are educated and properly qualified will understand what I am talking about. Use them, then move on. That is what this greedy agency doing. £25/ hour for a teacher? In London it is £50/ hour. And don't work for them as PAYE, this is most important. Wish all hard working teachers all the best.

It was great working with Tony. He is calm and extremely patient. He made himself available whenever I had questions and also made sure to get back to me with a response that made sense for me and my company. He is really good at his job!

TutorCruncher has helped tremendously in organizing our tutors, clients, and jobs. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Their customer service has been prompt as the staff is quick to respond to support tickets. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. 

As a developer, I was very pleased with the speed and thorough response to my technical questions. I was able to use the guidance included in my email response from Maahi, as well as the documentation to which he linked me, to build the feature we were working on in less than a day. Thank you very much! This was great customer service.

TutorCruncher support for the win!

We've been using TutorCruncher for a while now, but only recently started trying to maximize our use of it. I've been very grateful for our Client Success Manager, Maahi Islam. He has been intricate to helping us use the system to it's fullest. I appreciate that we are able to build TC the way we can.

Completely unsatisfactory and rude response to customer service complaint after their service went down, which cost our business, due to undeliverable sessions which had to be cancelled.

Although the issue was escalated and a clearer explanation was given for the outage, the escalated response failed to address the tone and content of the original message I was complaining about - which was the main issue. I raised this point in my reply - pointing out the original email felt 'dismissive and flippant'. Unfortunately, I received no further reply - so I received no acknowledgement of the unacceptable nature of the original correspondence, no apology and no explanation of how this feedback would be addressed. This was highly disappointing, and I felt TC rather missed the point of the feedback.

Following this disappointing experience, I would not recommend TutorCruncher.

When we first started using TutorCruncher, it was all about reducing the time we spent on administration. Automating tasks such as invoicing, lesson scheduling and payments meant we could spend more time supporting our tutors and clients rather than dealing with paperwork.

As the business has grown, TutorCruncher has grown with us. Having everything in one place has made it much easier to manage an increasing number of tutors, students and lessons while keeping our administrative costs under control and maintaining legal compliance. It has also helped us provide a more professional and consistent experience for parents, schools and local authorities.

Maahi has been fantastic throughout our journey. He is knowledgeable, approachable and always does his best to help whenever we have questions or need support.

For me, the difference between a 4-star and 5-star experience would be having more opportunities for proactive, personalised support. I don't see this as an issue with individuals, but rather a natural, operational challenge that comes with a successful and growing platform. As businesses grow, the need for tailored guidance also grows, and I think there is huge value in having regular dedicated time with someone who understands our specific setup and can help us get the most from the system.

At the moment, I feel we are only scratching the surface of TutorCruncher's capabilities. As both our business and TutorCruncher continue to grow, I think there is a real opportunity to further strengthen the customer success offering by providing more proactive, structured support.

Having access to regular scheduled check-ins, onboarding reviews or dedicated growth sessions would be invaluable in helping businesses maximise the platform's capabilities, improve processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.

I appreciate this requires the right resources, infrastructure and additional managers as the customer base grows, but I think this type of proactive support would add significant value for customers at each stage of their journey.

Sam has been so helpful and accommodating even the most basic questions. Tutor Cruncher is easy to use and mostly intuitive - thank you so much for making the process seamless!

TutorCruncher is transformational. At first, I was uneasy about the need to swap to this format after the change in payment legislation a few years ago but can humbly admit that it’s only been a positive shift in the right direction. Lesson management was the number one administrative headache for our company and TC has negated any issues we used to have to deal with. Highly recommend.
