I was having trouble with changing my password. Having had an accout previously I found a video clip that explained about previous passwords and how to delete them. Very simple and easy to follow. I also contacted the customer service department through email, who were prompt and resolved the issue very quickly. Thank you 😊

aún cuando se realiza la cancelación del servicio, twinkle sigue cobrando libremente mes a mes. Se realiza la solicitud y habiendo estado ya cancelada la suscripción te la activan nuevamente. Siguen cobrando como si nada. No permite eliminar cuenta no datos financieros.
