When it came to reluctantly cancelling member ship due to my retirement, Amayrane was excellent at immediately getting to it and putting the process in motion
I hope the finance team are as efficient with the refund.
It is a huge stack of superb resources at your fingertips, thoroughly recommend, but now Im off to enjoy my pension! Sayonara!

had a really positive experience with the Twinkl website. Not only did they quickly identify that I had accidentally taken out a double membership, but they also promptly refunded the extra fee and cancelled the duplicate membership without any hassle or unnecessary questions.
Their customer service was excellent, and Gemma in particular was extremely helpful and efficient throughout the process.

No matter the subject you want resources for, you will find it here! My children love the worksheets to supplement their home education. I had an issue with my account due to an oversight on my behalf, I received such a quick and compassionate outcome which I was ever so grateful for.

Accidental Charge and Refund
So I was charged because I was unsure on how to cancel and The representative was beyond great and was very wonderful in helping me get a refund when they didn't have to so I'm very grateful and they were quick and easy and responsive. I was charged and within an hour I was already getting the refund process so definitely highly recommended!

Twinkl saves the day!
I have no time to create materials for my classes, and they are always there to save the day! Not only that, but their customer support is very helpful, particularly Amy.
