Great customer service
Great customer service, had a problem accessing free resources due to an email conflict. The agents handling the issue had it resolved quite quickly and gave me a week of free downloads. Well done Twinkl Customer Services.

Twinkl saves the day!
I have no time to create materials for my classes, and they are always there to save the day! Not only that, but their customer support is very helpful, particularly Amy. She is very proactive in looking into my account. I initially approached her with one concern, and she resolved another issue that I didn't even know existed. Two birds with one stone! The whole team at twinkl go above and…
The whole team at twinkl go above and beyond to help people using the site. The resources are vast and very inclusive for a lot of children and adults either going onto home education or helping students that need that extra help to catch up.
We have had great successes through the years and it has been value for money with all resources in one place.

Refund after accidently subscribing twice
I had accidently created two subscriptions one from a personal email and one from a professional one and was paying twice. WIthout any fuss, just some proof of account holding, I was refunded for the full twelve months of one of the accounts. They reponded to my emails quickly and efficiently - even after hours and were polite and professional. A refreshingly fabulous experience!

Save your time and energy!
I’ve had a really positive experience with Twinkle so far. What I appreciate most is how user-friendly and reliable the platform feels — everything is clear, straightforward, and easy to navigate, even if you’re not very tech-savvy.
Their service has been consistent, and I’ve never had to deal with unnecessary complications or confusion. Whenever I needed support or had a question, the response was quick and helpful, which honestly makes a big difference.

Twinkl were great!

Issue resolved fast
I was experiencing a login/access issue with my Twinle account, but it was quickly resolved thanks to the Help Center. Great Service!
I didn't realize that I was actually on a trial membership and that is would be auto-renewed. I must have thought that it was a free trial and will expire after a month.
Nashima explained very clearly about the trail membership.She also confirmed that I've successfully cancelled the membership via the website. For my peace of mind, she removed the payment details from the account so that no further payments are taken. That was great! Then I received another email from Amelia giving me another offer - If I don't think I'lll use my paid membership right away, she can also pause my current paid month of membership for me. She said that she can also offer 1 unused month. This means I'd have 2 months to use at a later date. That was amazing! Great service!

Really impressed with Twinkl’s responsiveness and commitment to quality. I flagged a small scientific inaccuracy in one of their Year 3 fossils resources, and it was reviewed and corrected very quickly.
