Straight to the point
It didn't take too long to chat with a person. and the process wasn't drawn out, Amayrane Cares was the best. I had a few issues and she managed to sort them all out.

Probably easier to use for teachers and for younger than KS3 children.
Subcribe to this service with caution. The two main problems I've had are:
1: finding age/level specific materials. KS3 covers a wide age range. For me it took simply too long to pinpoint materials that were appropriate for my son's year 9 needs. I reached out to the helpdesk a few times, but it never got any easier. Now I stick with other online options like BBC Bitesize. Maybe thisisn't so much a problem for schools/teachers, but for me as a parent it was more frustration than it was worth.
2: I had so much problems trying to cancel my subscription. It took 4 months to successfully cancel, as I couldn't remember which email address I'd used, (turned out it was my old work email). I tried the online chat for assistance a number of times, but no luck. It just sent me a round in circles and to dead ends for days. The telephone number is not easy to find on the twinkl website, it took a google search. TBH, I wish I hadn't gotten involved in the first place. Same really.

Refund payment solved
I once have a problem with the renovation payment. It was charging automatically during pausing time. I contacted the help assistance and it directed me to a real support assistance. She helped me refunding the payment and extending the pause time. I personally thanking Amayrane Cares for her prompt and fast attention to the customer.

Never signed up—no way to cancel at first
I did not sign up for this account, and there was no way to cancel it initially since I did not know the login email in which to cancel it. I had to have my bank block it. I cannot reach anyone for a refund or an explanation. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Unless there is something I am missing, this company is not legit—beware.

Long time user
I’ve been with twinkl for years and use the resources for my Sen young person who is educated from home and has difficulties with development. she loves the work sheets crafts and reading along with her book (sent to the home every 2 months) she enjoys the apps and the choice of themes helps keep learning consistent with changing topics. The team are helpful understanding and a pleasure to interact with if I have questions. I would recommend for all ages and needs as a parent and educator.

Great resources - poor customer service.
Twinkl's website has an amazing wealth of helpful resources for parents, I cannot fault it at that. However, what lets it down is it's failure to deliver on it's promises.
I ordered a free gift from November 2025, and was repeatedly told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. Multiple weeks have passed and I still do not have my free gift. I am getting fed up of having to repeatedly chase the "Twinklcares" email address and being fobbed off. Twinkl clearly doesn't care...
EDIT:
They have replied below to state they cannot find my enquiry, yet today I have received a response stating my free gift is in the post… where have I heard that before?
