Kündigung ignoriert
Ich habe meinen Account bereits am 25.10.2025 mit sofortiger Wirkung gekündigt und zwar bevor eine Inaktivitätsgebühr fällig wurde. Ich habe bisher keine Kündigungsbestätigung erhalten. Ich habe keinen Cent auf meinem Account und auch keine Investitionen. Ich möchte bei Twino nicht mehr investieren. Twino ignoriert meine Kündigung und berechnet mir eine Inaktivitätsgebühr. Wenn ich nicht einen Stern geben müsste, dann hätte ich garkeinen Stern vergeben. Ich habe in der Kündigung alle meine Daten korrekt angegeben. Hier kann man nicht von einem funktionierenden Kundenservice sprechen. Sich ignorant den Kunden gegenüber zu verhalten, ist das aller letzte und dann noch eine Gebühr zu berechnen ist ohne Worte.Ich kann Twino niemandem empfehlen. Ich werde wohl rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

They have introduced a scammy inactivity fee with bogus justification. I would stay far away from this company as such a move reeks of financial trouble.

We would like to clarify that the introduction of the inactivity fee is not intended to mislead or disadvantage our investors. Its purpose is to encourage clients to use TWINO as an active investment platform, rather than a place to store unused funds. Even inactive accounts require ongoing operational maintenance, regulatory oversight, and reporting, which generate costs on our side.
Additionally, all investors are notified several times in advance before the inactivity fee is applied. This gives every client plenty of time to withdraw or reinvest their unused funds if they prefer not to keep them on the platform.

Used to be one of the best EU P2P companies, fully regulated, licensed, registered brokers. I would grade them 8/10. Then came pandemic, war and that all was understandable when you invest. But first they removed mobile app and worst of all fully stopped communication for a year. You sell trust, and you lost it.

Tarifa por inactividad
Hoy he recibido un email de Twino advirtiéndome de que me cobrarán 10€ por inactividad (que no cobrarán porque el saldo es 0€). Debían advertir mucho más claramente de este cobro cuando se abre la cuenta puesto que es el único marketplace (de los muchos que tengo cuenta abierta) que cobra esta tarifa. Deseo cancelar la cuenta, pero no me deja cerrar el perfil porque dice que tengo inversiones activas... No veo la manera de cerrar inversiones que aparecen con céntimos...

Unrechtmäßig erhobene Gebühr - keine Möglichkeit der Accountkündigung
Ich habe eine Mail von Twino erhalten mit der Aussage, dass 10 EUR Gebühr fällig wird. Um dies zu vermeiden, soll ich entweder eine Transaktion tätigen oder das Konto kündigen. Beim Kündigen des Kontos erscheint die Fehlermeldung, dass ich Geld auf dem Konto habe. Dies ist allerdings nicht der Fall.

The proceeds are good despite the clunky website. I've had a hard time figuring out why 9 euros of interest were not auto invested. Asking through chat was a bit disappointing, since an answer came weeks later. In the meantime, I found out that there's a minimum of 10 euros.
Like I said: the proceeds are good, so don't let this keep you from investing here.

Bin seid mehr als 5 Jahren bei Twino, allerdings hatte ich mich seid einen knappen halben Jahr nicht mehr eingeloggt und nun konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen da ich meinen 2F-Verifizierungs Code vergessen habe. Twino hat keinen deutschen kundendienst oder eine Rufnummer wo man durch kommt. Eine Rückruf bitte per Mail Anfrage interessiert keinen. Sowie alle Emails in Deutsch zur Klärung. Auch die Emails in Englisch sind zwecklos. Es gibt praktisch keinen kundendienst. Von zwanzig email kam nach zwei Wochen eine in Englisch in dem es his: Man solle eine Einzahlung machen mit dem Betreff mit der Deaktivierung 2f verifizierung, das brachte auch nichts. Schlechteste P2P Plattform. Mfg Schad

vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit für deine Bewertung genommen hast – und wir möchten uns aufrichtig für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigen. Du hättest definitiv nicht so lange warten müssen, und wir verstehen deinen Ärger vollkommen.
Zur Klarstellung: Wir unterstützen selbstverständlich auch unsere deutschsprachigen Investoren und bearbeiten alle Anfragen – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch. In deinem Fall hat unsere Antwort leider viel zu lange gedauert, und dafür möchten wir uns ehrlich entschuldigen.
Das Problem mit der Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung wurde gelöst, aber die Verzögerung bis dahin war nicht in Ordnung. Wir schätzen deine Geduld – und ganz besonders deine Treue über mehr als 5 Jahre bei TWINO.
Danke nochmals für dein ehrliches Feedback. Wir arbeiten intensiv daran, solche Erfahrungen in Zukunft zu vermeiden.

Un Ponzi de plus
Bonjour, très mauvaise expérience sur TWINO. Les rendement promis sont bien là, le problème est le remboursement final du capital à la fin. La plateforme avait eu des problèmes suite à des prêts en Russie et dernièrement c'est des prêts au Vietnam et aux Philippines qui n'ont pas été remboursés et sont en litiges depuis 8 mois. Sur les 10 000€ investis j'ai touché autour de 700€ d'intérêt mais maintenant j'ai 1400€ d'arriérés non payés et sans visibilité. En résumé j'ai perdu 700 balles... à fuir !!!!

Long established.
Twino has been around for many years and I've always had a good return from them. Yes I had Russian loans but I don't blame Twino for Putins illegal war. Stick to their core Polish loans and there have been no problems. Website is easy to navigate and the secondary market is lively and I was recently able to quickly sell all my holdings due to a payment commitment.

Mi experiencia de inversión con Twino
Llevo invirtiendo con ellos desde octubre de 2017 y a día de hoy puedo decir que es una plataforma confiable y que todas las gestiones y reintegros de capital siempre se han realizado de manera rápida y efectiva. El interés medio anualizado obtenido en este periodo ha sido en torno al 10,5% lo cual no está nada mal. Para mí la experiencia de inversión con ellos ha sido buena.

3 year experience summary
I had a small sum of British pounds which I invested over 3 years ago to learn about Twino and P2P loans. My returns are steady in line of my expectations. Information and feedback is good. Although I never withdrew any of my funds, there is no signal or reason that they are not safe. I plan to invest more in euro's in the near future.

Problemas para acceder
Tengo problemas para acceder a la plataforma de inversión y no responden los emails.
Me indica que el usuario o contraseña no es válido, pero si lo es. Intento recuperar la contraseña y el email para hacerlo no llega nunca, tampoco a spam.
Les escribes a su email y no responden nunca. Solo te queda la opción de llamarles por teléfono, pero al no saber su idioma, es imposible para mí. Pues nada, aquí va una mala reseña a ver si así responden.

Investing with Twino
Loan Securities: As far as it concerns loans securities experience is good, although it lacks offerings from other countries than PL, thus one has to manage part of portfolio elsewhere for diversification. Concerning defaulted loans (VN, PH), it is a mess. I do not see them properly reflected in statements so I cannot account losses when I will pay tax.
Primary market: It has always securities to offer. Interest rates are ok.
Secondary market: it is much appreciated thanks to the zero fees.
Cashback campaigns: rules lately have become tricky, not really appreciated by investors, comparing to the past and what other platforms offer.
Loyalty bonus: Not existing and it is makes me really sad. Other platforms are offering up to 2% for loyalty.
Referral campaigns: These are broadly advertised but when new investors try to understand the terms, outdated information (e.g. pages still refer to past campaigns and rules, not current ones) gets in the way.
Cashout: all good. No delays.
