I found Typeset easy even at my age..
I found Typeset to be very handy to build flyers and small booklets for many of my products... I am still exploring and learning but do recommend as I am in my 60's and found it easy to use.

Amazing service
The platform is great, and the service is amazing. As can sometimes happen, I tested out Typeset, then forgot about my trial. A few months go by and I saw on my bank statement three charges. The support team helped me cancel and refunded the unintended charges. When I'm ready to complete my project, I'll definitely be back.

Customer Service was responsive and…
Customer Service was responsive and good. I ended up not using Typeset for a software choice and requested a full refund as indicated would be provided within the 30 days. I had a response and the refund processed within a 1/2 day with no push back, headaches or arguing. The customer service person was responsive and helpful. Makes me feel like they actually care about their customers.

I am absolutely LOVING Typeset
I am absolutely LOVING Typeset. I am a therapist and my online business model is selling handouts to other professionals. This software has expedited my output and now I am getting real traction. I am even using this tool for annual reports at my job and creating a mental health resource library for the teens at the high school where I work.

Great Potential....but.
Typeset - you are sitting on gold here and have a unique opportunity at market share with your platform.
But - your design capabilities and data capacity (which leads to an inability to use the product) is a BIG problem.
Study Gamma.app and implement in one of your near development sprints; if not, the price will not justify the lost UI cost.

Typeset has a steep learning curve
Typeset has a steep learning curve, not as intuitive as would think. Needs to have full automation and generation like AI like Gamma Ai app. The IP is genius with Gamma app. If Gamma launches a way to edit a E-Book I would be all over it.

It's a great program for creating slide decks and documents. It took me a little while to learn the ins and outs, but once I got it and discovered the shortcuts, I realized how much faster I could create digital documents.

Why pay so much when you can do it for free???
Typeset makes it easy to use their platform and product however for me the cost is too high and the quality of the product is too low to justify paying $40 monthly. This is more for someone who has never ever made any marketing material on the another platform for free like Canva.

Typeset has a fairly steep learning…
Typeset has a fairly steep learning curve, but as you learn more you accelerate your production. The final products are much better than those of Designerr. Highly recommend!

Horrible product - scam artists
Too bad there isn’t a 0 stars. Horrible product. The interface is trash and there is very little support or documentation. They refunded my money and then continued to charge me. Now will have to chargeback. Unbelievable. Don’t fall for their flashy videos.

Very challenging to implement...
One star ratings are not normal for me as I consider myself super savvy when it comes to technology and content creation. After multiple attempts at using this program (I really wanted to have success with it); unfortunately it was not the case. After a request I did receive a refund as I was unable to cancel my subscription online...so 4 stars for customer service.
