where are the features?
The product could actually be great, but it does nowhere near what the advertising claims it can do, and it has zero support.
run away, don't fall for the admittedly good direct marketing these guys do.
also makes me steer clear of their samcart product.

TYPESET IS A SCAM
I signed up for the month to month subscription and the first charge was exactly as it should have been. Then about 15 minutes later they charged me for an additional $1,200 that came out of nowhere. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for the refund that they claim to give, but I haven't been able to get a response from them in over a week. Definitely a money scam.

This system is awesome if you want to create products. You don't have to be creative or experienced in doing any copyright or writing. This is great! It has cut my time to minutes that would normally take me days. I absolutely love the plug and play system.

I dealt with the Customer Service…
I dealt with the Customer Service Department at Typeset. Edward was courteous and very helpful. Many companies online that allow us to try their products will not process a full refund after you find out the system is not for you. They usually give people a hard time and pro-rate and are just horrible. Typeset says and means what they say and I liked that about the company. Edward even told me to get back to him if I run into any issues with my refund. I was honestly pleasantly surprised. Thank you for being true to your word that if for any reason we are not happy or satisfied with the product, we’d get our full refund. This says a lot about your company. Again, thank you.

A Breath of Fresh Air...
I recently had a great experience with Typeset's customer service. Ash, who handled my inquiry, was incredibly helpful and polite. What really impressed me was how attentive and quick they were in addressing my concerns. It felt like I was actually being heard, which is pretty rare these days, especially in tech support. I am trying to get a hold of someone as I did not authorize the amounts to which my credit card was charged. I have made a fraud compliant with my bank and loc my card. I have tried to get my money back not even 2 hours later and no response. This is unacceptable. One pre-authorization for 500 then they tried to take a 1000.

Doesn't do what they promise when selling
It's a huge problem with all AI companies, they do hard sell promising you their product at an amazing price is all you will ever need. What they fail to say is there are so many limitations at entry level it is not worth the effort. To go next level still leaves you wanting so you end up forking out the same price you would have paid for better software off the old reliables. In fairness what I have been able to use, has been excellent

Loving the process of typesetting my own ebook. Its 113000 words, (600+ pages) and I have limited design experience so I need a tool that is clear and user friendly - to save me a big project expense. Good idea in theory
Good idea in theory. Poor delivery.
I feel duped -
At first glance, Typeset seemed to be a very useful and efficient way to create slide presentations, online courses, etc. I have had several disappointments after working with the platform for over a month.
1. The platform freezes after about 10 minutes of use. 2. The platform glitches and the cursor has a mind of its own - a huge waste of time and big frustration.
3. The infomercial/advertisement is misleading. It makes it appear as if you can just start typing in, and the formatting and editing are super easy and time-efficient. This is far from the truth—each slide has to be adjusted to fit, to match the theme, and to ensure the text is sized appropriately.
There are so many glitches with this platform. Their user experience personnel and developers need to get back to work to ensure a quality product is being delivered to their customers.
This was a waste of $1,200 for my lifetime access +49 annually. I will continue to use it, though, as I am stuck with it for the moment, given that I spent my budget on this product.
Hopefully, this review will get some attention. Customer service seems to be non-responsive or overloaded or something.
