I signed up for your services on June 14 of 2023 and now the services are down. I’ve paid for six months and I would like to know how do I get my money returned. I will go to my bank and have them return my money because I did not get the six months worth of services what is going on why no one will contact me and tell me what is going on with the services I thought it was great cancel everything else and now I have no Fire stick service what is going on?

It was great while it worked . Had it for just over a year and renewed my subscription 6 weeks ago for 6 months. Oh well 200 bucks got me almost 14 months and well over 1000 bucks of ppv. Never thought it would last forever on to the next one!

To all of those complaining...when you sign up for these iptv services, it is with RISK of them shutting down...those saying they will be starting an investigation, going to the BBB...do you realize that these companies are not really legal, and an "investigation" will not happen...it will only show them you are also doing something "not right"
I agree with the one review...NEVER pay for more then 3 months, as you should do your homework on iptv and you will see that this happens ALL.THE.TIME.
It is sad tho, that is has finally happened to Typhoon. They were really good.

I just paid $45 for 6 months and still no services I was use for 6 month and now is nothing it just downloaded for 2 h still nothing.

How is it possible that I pay for a full year and that I have been discharged from the service when I have not even 6 months of service I think that this company is a total scam and I am going by all means to do an investigation

They were good. Had them for awhile. Who else has what they had. Any suggestions would be great. Thank

Signed up for a year subscription to typhoon labs in October 2022 and it worked great until Monday 06/26/2023. That morning tried to log in and it just loaded for ever and went to a black screen with an android man in the right corner. My thing is why can't they tell us whats going on? If you are working to fix it and expect it to be back up tell us that, if you are done then say you're done! I'm afraid to move on to a different iptv provider because if Typhoon labs comes back up I will have wasted more money

I was wondering what’s been going on till I found this thread .. They have been exceptional … sad they’re down ..how long till they are up and running? Any other provider like that? I’m looking …

I paid for a 6 month subscription and only got 3 months of streaming before this company shutdown.

Some guy gave Typhoon Labs 5 stars and proceeded to tell everyone that we need to calm down because he speculates that the company has been hacked and they will be up soon. Smh

If there is any truth to his speculation, then everyone should be very concerned about their financial information being compromised.

It's will be a year 9 7 23 time to renew. Suddenly it went down without any warning I can't get on the chat line I'm going to wait a few days before I find another one.

Loved Typhoon Lab .1yr Subscription was to renew in Aug . Maybe not !!

I have not been able to get in the 24 hrs and there is no support page. Tried Emailing , No answer. It's a
shame !!! Had them for 2 years and loved the support page with instant help. NOW Nothing..

TyphoonLabs was ok while it worked, now it is MIA. I think the site was taken down. You will not be able to stream or talk to any customer service reps. The site is now gone and so is the money I paid as they still owe me 2 months.

Can anyone suggest another company ?

Help please need new service

Was fantastic for 12 months until it suddenly went MIA yesterday. Very disappointed as they just disappeared without any warning. I am going to have to dispute my renewal which I did earlier in the month. Sad as I wish they would have at least told us that they were shutting down.

Was one of the best IPTV services out there. Sadly, it seems that it got shutdown. People need to realize that IPTV services like Typhoonlabs can be shutdown at any moment. I'm really surprised that people pay more than three months for services like these. I always go month to month so that if something like this happens then I only lose the money for that month. When they were up, they were the best. Now, time to go to the next IPTV. I hope you guys don't go more than three months on the next one and you guys won't be so mad about them shutting down.

I am so pissed right now. I paid for 6 months upfront and only received 2 months service. This company sucks. I'm calling the BBB.

Listen you People are getting mad over nothing the service got Hacked that's why they shut down it will be back

As of yesterday June 26th 2023 typhoonlabs.tv has SHUT DOWN ITS SERVICE COMPLETELY. Their website is DEAD. No response. I used this service for 14 months. They WERE reliable. Now, they've disappeared off the face of the planet and no response whatsoever from email. DNS searches show no such domain. This is typhoonlabs.tv. There are numerous others with typhoon labs as a basis for their URL. Shoppers beware. Typhoon Labs dot TV is GONE, DEFUNCT.
