Lots of errors then seems site went down. No customer support. Appears to have folded shop and left everyone holding the bag. Was great.

I've been using this service for 3 years and has been pretty good. Overall, compared to other IPTV services, this is the best one I've come across. Had an issue about a year ago when they did DNS changes, but that took a few days for the Tier 1 DNS providers to replicate down the DNS updates. This one also appears to be DNS related. NSLookup provides the IP back, but when trying to resolve the hostname, it is not found, which tells me either an A-record or CNAME record is messed up on their DNS.

Just the greatest app out there and the service could not be beat. You got instant human response even if your questions were stupid or not.
Please say it isn’t so that your done.
All contact has disappeared and my username and email are not recognized anymore. Anyone have any more insight? Please let this only be under construction and not a total shutdown

I had them for over a year. Just fine then I renewed my subscription last week for another year and now it won't work. Shame on you Typhoon.

Just renewed my 6 month subscription the end of May because it was due the middle of June. Now l have no service as of yesterday.

This app ,just went down and dont respond i just paid for 6 months more can i get refunded

I used and paid for a 6 month subscription back in Dec. 2022. I received a message yesterday saying my subscription would expire today. Found a page to renew subscription from Google. Paid 1 year renewal subscription fee. Now Receiving 601 Error message. Customer Service number on the webpage is not valid. I’ll be Disputing this charge with American Express today.

Was really good for a year or so , been unstable for a few months. Now its down for a day or so . Reading that it may be done for good. Luckily I'm only out a month or two .

Wth happened? You guys have been great now u just shutdown and leave customers hanging😡. I'm going give it a couple more days and if not resolved i will be in contact with my bank and get a full refund for my 6 months of service I paid for

Service is down. I'm out of a subscription payment. Can't contact anyone for a refund. Guess I'll get the bank involved.

Been having issues for the last week. Since this afternoon I can't even access it. Bought a 3 month package and No Way to contact Typhoon Labs!!

Paid for a year worked fine paid for another 6 months and now it no longer works. Tried to contact customer support and that web site is no longer available. This was a good program and with the last day 4 months it’s gone down hill and now I guess they’ve gone over the cliff never to return. Luckily I’m only out a few months worth of money I’ve already paid.

I have had a subscription for about a year and a half and I absolutely loved typhoon labs. The price, quality and customer service could not be beat. However today I am a little worried. Typhoon Labs went down about 5 hours ago. I went to go to their trusty website chat to ask like I have done on a few other occasions when it went down for a very short period of time only to find that the chat is unavailable. There are now mirror sites of typhoon labs up with bogus email addresses and phone numbers. I tried to call a couple of the numbers and not legit. I am really worried that Typhoon Labs is no more. I hope I am wrong and won't have to go searching for another IPTV provider but I have a bad feeling.

Stopped working after paying for 6 months of service 3 months in.

Been using the service for over a year now and they told us last week the service was ending and they didn't know when it would be back. Paid for 3 months on April 21, 2023 and now my service is out a month short and the website is now gone and no way to contact anyone about this!

This is another scam you pay for a year subscription and get only 1 month and now all servers are down and no kne answering from their end contacted credit card and report as fraud

If you are happy with the selection and their own proprietary player than go for it. But I found the selection of TV shows to be less than that of other iptv services, plus the lack of Tivimate support was simply not acceptable for me so I didn't renew.

The quality of the streams that are there was good.

The people and the product are great! The near instant response is unheard of in this day. I have never had a glitch or buffering problem for the six months I have had them as a provider. They have seamlessly extended my sub. I anticipate flawless service for the next 6 months.

The amount of channels, great price and 5.0 star customer service. If you have a question or problem. Email them and within minutes your problem is solved or they will give you the information that you requested
