i have never received any money or my phone back

Do not use these cowboys . Originally offered £200 + for I phone 14 pro max had about a week and got offered £41 so refused again offered £76 and this was back and forth for a week in the end I accepted £100 and took a lot of threatening emails to eventually get paid . This company is a joke and a bunch of con artists, steer clear

Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Told them from the offset my device was broken (iPhone 15, smashed back screen & general wear and tear). They offered £231.

They claim you can be paid within a day. Once they received my device it took them over a week to notify me. This was after multiple phone calls from me.

They then offered me £60!! I rejected. They then offered me £90… rejected. They then offered me £140… I rejected. They then offered £125??! I rejected and asked that they send my devices back. I was utterly fed up by this point.

They then offered £140 again and I just accepted, purely because I could not be bothered to make any more phone calls or send anymore emails.

The saga continues though with the endless chasing of payment for my device. Which I eventually received 5 days past they said they would pay me….and after multiple more phone calls.

The whole process took over a month.

I would STRONGLY STRONGLY advise not using this company if you value your time, and want to receive the original offer made.

The one and only plus is that they do answer the phone and they do respond to emails. This is not enough for me to ever consider using them again though. You have been warned!!

Been 15 days since my phone was delivered to this company at the time of writing. The service offers no proactivity in communication or their operations. Told me contrasting information over the phone and email. Classes something as priority, and still no further information after 5 days. Likely a scam. But not worth using even if they’re legit

Was a little sceptical with the price and the word “fair” condition, however there were no scratches on the screen and only two slight marks on the corners of the phone so pleasantly surprised. No trouble setting up and quick delivery! Overall happy with phone.

This company seriously undercut my original offer from £200-£65 and then never paid me. It’s been one month. I have sent them several emails. They keep fobbing me off and telling me the payments coming. It’s now been one month since I’ve had my phone, I’ve checked TikTok and there’s thousands of reviews on there saying that Brian what’s the company director has been reported to the police on several occasions for fraud stay away from this company do not give them your phone

Comfortably the worst customer experience I have ever had. They pride themselves off a quick process, quick payment, and a good price.

They valued my phone at £240 initially, took 4 weeks to “test my device” and then offered me £41.

They don’t reply. It’s AI generated responses. This whole process took 5 weeks, they gave me 4 deadlines of when this’ll be completed, and missed all 4 deadlines.

Save your time and go elsewhere and this guys are absolutely abysmal and shouldn’t be able to operate.

Sent phone away, they rang me to make sure id sent the phone etc, got 3 low offers, finally settled on one, and like everyone else no paymeny has been recived and i fear it pronably wont.
Use backmarket these lot will likely rob you blind.

I sent my phone off and put the condition as poor as per the advise, they received my phone and explained they used 3 different grading systems, which I correctly filled out. They haven’t responded to any emails, I went ahead with the offer stupidily as couldn’t be bothered with having to get the phone back, they advised due to delays my payment would be done today 24th April and I have not received my money.
Have sent a email and not received a response and they still have my phone.

I would strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

They have had my iPhone for over a month. Before I sent it, they offered £280, even though I clearly marked the phone as being in poor condition. After inspection, they reduced their offer to just £56, which I rejected—especially since I had already been offered £180 by a high street shop.

They made a couple of slightly higher offers, which I also declined. Eventually, we agreed on a final price of £150. However, despite this agreement, I still have not been paid.

I was told payment would be made on the 20th—over a week after we agreed on the price—but that date has passed with no payment. To make matters worse, they are no longer responding to my emails.

At this point, I’m left chasing my own money with no communication or resolution. If you want to avoid stress and wasted time, I recommend staying well away from this company.

Awful company and DO NOT USE TO RECYCLE YOUR DEVICES. It took ages to process. They deliberately offer you 80% less than advertised. Customer service sounds like a one man show in Calcutta and they just lie anyway. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bought this phone for my Son and got no complaints even though its a couple years behind. The design still looks and feels sleek and premium. The camera quality is incredible photos come out sharp, vibrant, and detailed even in low light. Battery life easily gets him through the day, and everything runs so smoothly with zero lag. It’s a solid first phone and definitely worth it, highly recommend!

5 star, speedy delivery, phone exactly as described if not better and good price

Quoted £244 for my phone, actual price £61, told payment would be processed next day. Next day came and went and payment scheduled for a week later. Don’t be fooled!

Absolute joke of a company got quoted £164.50 for my deceive they said they pay more than any other competitor and then they offered me £21 sold to Mazuma instead for £90 would never use or recommend this company to anyone absolute cowboys avoid at all costs
