I bought the phone via Backmarket
I bought the phone via Backmarket. The phone was set as "Fair" condition. I would say that was an underestimation. The phone is immaculate as far as I could tell and at a very good price. Was phoned to leave a review, which I don't mind doing because the phone operator was very polite and even offered me a free screen protector, which I rejected, but thanked her for the offer.

Terrible service
I sent them my phone weeks ago. After being quoted £95 they offered me £15. I rejected this and they offered me £30. I rejected this too and they agreed on £55. My money was to be sent 2 weeks later on the 16th of this month and I’ve still not received this. Couldn’t be more of a poor service from communication to transactions.

I have never used a phone recycle…
I have never used a phone recycle service before and was sceptical to say the least. However I found Uber link to be a very good and efficient service.
From quick delivery of my packaging to the very quick review of my device and subsequent payment.

My phone was quoted £270 when they inspected, I was offered £110. They checked the phone on the Thursday and advised payment would be processed on the Monday but nothing received. They also offered me £5 for a positive review which I declined as I did this last time and never received the £5. I would not use this service again
Update: my order ID is 94484, I’ve emailed you twice and had no response or funds.
