Order was cancelled because uBuy can't… all the sudden deliver to HK
Order was cancelled because uBuy can't deliver OTC medicine anymore to HK. I ordered last year OTC medicine at uBuy and it was delivered without problems.
So it quite questionable why this year suddenly I need to have an import license.

Item was not even there at the first place. It reject all the payments. Due to currency differences by daily I lose around 50USD due to this.

This item cannot be bought in HK. I used to order it online, from Amazon or eBay. However neither would ship to HK now. Thanks to Ubuy, I could get some and delivery time was earlier than I had expected. This item is for my mother-in-law who is in her 90's. She is happy that she can continue to use it. I bought 2 items one came much faster than anticipated and that was a nice surprise. The other I decided to cancel. It took a couple of minutes to get it sorted out with customer support but they successfully cancelled it for me.
