The delivery was earlier than expected, which was really good. The shipment arrived intact and the tools that came with the kit made it really easy to work with the internals of the phone. After watching a few tutorials and reading the provided instructions, I was able to replace the battery myself without much difficultly which in my opinion made the experience quite pleasant and easy to follow.

Return Policy Disappointing
Good quality products that I couldn’t source locally.
It is disappointing that you can’t return an item unless it is damaged.
When my product arrived, it was much heavier than I realised. I would have liked to return it but was not able to. I understand I would have had to pay the shipping cost, and I would happily of done so.
In this day and age, your returns policy falls far short of your competitors.
