Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the handling, shipping, and customs clearance charges.
As an international marketplace, orders are sourced from overseas. The total order cost includes international shipping, handling, and, where applicable, customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges required to import the product into the destination country. These charges vary depending on the product, shipment value, and the customs regulations of the destination country.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve transparency around pricing so customers have a better understanding of the charges associated with international orders.
Thank you.
