makeup products
Recently I purchased my makeup products from ubuy and it was great experience also the delivery took 2 weeks which is not bad at all considering I ordered from US to Qatar no issues what so ever, although the shipping and taxes fees could have been a little affordable.
Still I will still give it a 5 stars

Dear Suzy ghader
Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the significant delay and frustration you have experienced with your recent order.
We understand your expectation that any potential documentation requirements should be clearly communicated at the point of purchase. We are genuinely sorry that this was not your experience.
While our shipping policy does state that the courier company handles customs clearance and that customers may need to provide documents when requested by authorities, we recognise that we can do more to highlight this information proactively during the checkout process. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will immediately review how we can make these potential requirements more prominent to ensure future customers are fully informed. Regarding your specific order, tracking number 34899749345 confirms it was successfully delivered.
We value you as a customer and hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in Ubuy.
Warm regards,
Team Ubuy!
