Seems like things are slipping at Ubuy
I've ordered things from Ubuy in the past and have generally had good experiences. This time it was less so. For one thing, I was notified last week that the order had arrived in Hong Kong and would be out for delivery that day. Then it took almost a full week for the company they used to deliver it.
I also ordered several bottles of my favourite hot sauce but then decided to try one bottle of that company's organic hot sauce, which was obviously more expensive. Instead of receiving that, I received a small bottle of the same hot sauce I had already ordered, which I could have got four times more of for only double the price. Had I known that, I would have just ordered another two-pack of the double-sized normal hot sauce and saved money.
They also substituted the lemonade that I was expecting. I ordered the large 2L-size packets that come in nice convenient containers that don't take up much space. Instead, I found myself with a whole bunch of the little boxes with packets that each make less than half of that.
I do understand that companies run out of supplies sometimes, but they should let you know, or they should take it off of the "available" list as most online retailers do. Otherwise, you just end up getting something that you didn't want.
