Price discrepancy: The shown price on the search page is different from the actual price (usually is higher here) when i click to get in.
not friendly interface: I need to search again from the beginning when i am surfing for different vendors of same product.

Overall, it is a pretty good service and website to buy stuff that you can rarely find on other websites or physical stores, the only downside is that the shipping fees are extremely high.

Never Shop with This Site!!!
My purchased item cost $128 but shipping cost $216 and custom fee $48. Note: no custom duty in Hong Kong (where the money go???) Despite paying high shipping cost, the item was delayed. When contact HK customer service, the system was down and item nowhere to be found.
I cancelled the item knowing fees will be charged. But can't be bothered. This is the last time I will ever shop with this site.

I placed an order three times and was…
I placed an order three times and was cancelled three times. I chatted with the customer service a the third time I placed my order. I asked if I need to confirm the credit card, the cs mentioned no need to do so. Why do I have to verify an order which i used my Paypal account to purchase? Isn’t that a confirmed paid order already? I’m quite confused with what is happening. They expect me to confirm and not give me an ample time to confirm the transaction days after I place it. Very disappointed
