Wrong/empty product arrived
I had and with my latest buy still having problems with UBUY and its service. I have ordered 3 bottles of GenF20 sprays and 1 bottle arrived completly empty. I was told to wait 2-3 days and that i will receive an email which i didnt. So i had to reach out and ask and provide proofs of empty bottles and packing again and was told to wait another up to 3 days. You charge way way too much for your service. I could have choosen a faster and cheaper way to order and yet stuck in another issue with Ubuy and the way it's being handled. Very dissappointed !

I asked via email to customer service to exchange my order (Order # : 98064376525) of 4 packs of Orthomal Natal Tablets and Capsule to 4 packs of Orthomal Natal Powder and Capsule but no meaningful response was given! As a result of not hearing from customer service, I had to order 4 packs of Orthomol Natal - Powder (Order No. 98069884026). I have a bad experience recently…
I have a bad experience recently related to the recent orders I made. On May 7th, I have placed an order through UBUY website. The shipping got delayed due to package was mistakenly sent to Peru instead of Hong Kong. I then, contacted DHL for immediate action. I also contacted Ubuy regarding the delay via your live chat and over phone. So far, the responses had not been helpful in my opinion. Issues that I raised has not yet been addressed.
